“Had a great experience with Quantum Moving. I moved using U-Pack (so a couple small containers) cross country from NY. I needed someone to help get the stuff to the apartment from the containers. I called Quantum Moving and they provided great advice on my best option (to have them pick up the stuff from the warehouse) and were very flexible as I was not going to be present to open up the containers. Overall, everything went smoothly. The driver was very communicative, they figured out where to park, and moved everything with no incidents and a lot of focus on being careful (using mats to prevent the floor from becoming dirty, putting things where I asked them to, etc).”

“Hands down best moving company ever! Awesome crew, amazing service and guidance. I've had many movers in the past and by far these guys are the best. The office gave me a reasonable quote and the price was more than fair. These guys didn't quit didn't take a break we're very careful and friendly throughout the move. My sofa would not fit in the apartment but these guys did not quit. They blanket wrapped it and hoisted it over the patio! They actually made my moving experience fun and enjoyable. Professional throughout highly recommend!”

“I moved last Friday, within the bay area, but a move is very stressful and exhausting wherever you go! Waters came out, saw how much needed packing and gave me a fair quote within 2 days. They also supplied 50 totes for me to start packing, which was invaluable. Day of move, they came on time and the crew was very good and very careful with my things. Would highly recommend!!”

“I recently was forced to downsize my place of 26yrs. I'd contacted several moving companies. Then I found RED CARPET! Sal is absolutely AMAZING!!! I was in full panic constantly. Sal was always there to assure me! This company is TOP NOTCH IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Soo responsive! Kind, empathetic and efficient! The day before the move, my apartment leasing agent is EXTREMELY difficult to deal with. She'd refused to let me get the keys the evening before the early morning appointment with Red Carpet. Agent PANIC! And AGAIN Sal accommodated my situation! With a calming voice Honestly I couldn't have found a better moving company!!! PLEASE do yourself a huge favor and hire RED Carpet for your move!! I can't even express how amazing they are. Thank you so much to Sal and Umberto!! I'm forever grateful 🙏”

“We had a wonderful experience with JC Express Movers during our family’s move. Communication leading up to moving day was excellent—they were responsive, professional, and kept us informed throughout the process. On moving day, the three-person crew arrived right on time. After a quick walkthrough of the items to be moved, they got to work immediately. At our new home, they took the time to lay down floor protection before bringing in any furniture, which gave us peace of mind knowing our newly remodeled floors were being protected. The only challenge was a stubborn screw on one of our bed frames that simply wouldn’t come loose. The team quickly brought it to my attention and talked through several possible solutions with me. In the end, they safely moved three-quarters of the bed frame, and my husband planned to remove the remaining section later. I appreciated their honesty and problem-solving rather than forcing it and risking damage. The crew worked efficiently, handled our furniture with care, and completed the entire move in just 3 hours and 15 minutes. They were friendly, hardworking, and professional from start to finish. We highly recommend JC Express Movers. Their communication, professionalism, attention to protecting our new home, and efficient service made our move a smooth and positive experience.”

“I started planning an interstate move two months ago. The challenge was that I needed to pick up belongings from several different locations in California and then transport them to Texas. None of the movers wanted to even discuss it due to logistics issues. Fortunately, I was referred to Rusty. He proposed a detailed, quite reasonable and affordable plan. We worked out all the details while preparing for the move. Then, the move itself was very smooth. Rusty and his team demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and paid close attention to all requests. Four days later, I was already in my new home in Texas, where all the main furniture had been reassembled by Pyramid Movers. I cannot say who could do this job better than Rusty.”

“Frank and Jorge were AWESOME. They are so kind, professional and FAST and moved our whole unit to our upstairs location through some pretty challenging terrain very safely and efficiently. They were on time, communicative, and made sure every box was where we wanted it and treated every item with great care. We used different movers to move the same stuff into the unit last time and they were and were pretty happy, until Frank and Jorge moved us out today and WOW the difference is incredible. If you're on the fence, just book. We left a message and Tyler got back to us immediately and was very prompt and helpful for setting up our move. Moving is hell, but honestly this was a very pain free and easy process and whenever we move next, you know who we're gonna ask for. Thanks for the help today!!”

“It all went well. Make sure you ask them if they can connect up all of your appliances. When we booked the job they were not able to assure us that they could. In fact the guys who came out were extremely good . They knew how to take things apart, hook everything up. Another ting is we did not notify the dotage facility in advance, but it all worked out.”

“Ken is the man. He has a wide selection of boxes and specialty boxes for various items. Customer service with a smile. I saw a review here where they pointed out that they buy boxes from a big box store for less money. This is a small business with a personal touch not a corporate store with a limited selection. We all should support small businesses like Ken's”
