I moved using U-Pack (so a couple small containers) cross country from NY. I needed someone to help get the stuff to the apartment from the containers. I called Quantum Moving and they provided great advice on my best option (to have them pick up the stuff from the warehouse) and were very flexible as I was not going to be present to open up the containers.
Overall, everything went smoothly. The driver was very communicative, they figured out where to park, and moved everything with no incidents and a lot of focus on being careful (using mats to prevent the floor from becoming dirty, putting things where I asked them to, etc).”

“We had a wonderful experience with JC Express Movers during our family’s move. Communication leading up to moving day was excellent—they were responsive, professional, and kept us informed throughout the process.
On moving day, the three-person crew arrived right on time. After a quick walkthrough of the items to be moved, they got to work immediately. At our new home, they took the time to lay down floor protection before bringing in any furniture, which gave us peace of mind knowing our newly remodeled floors were being protected.
The only challenge was a stubborn screw on one of our bed frames that simply wouldn’t come loose. The team quickly brought it to my attention and talked through several possible solutions with me. In the end, they safely moved three-quarters of the bed frame, and my husband planned to remove the remaining section later. I appreciated their honesty and problem-solving rather than forcing it and risking damage.
The crew worked efficiently, handled our furniture with care, and completed the entire move in just 3 hours and 15 minutes. They were friendly, hardworking, and professional from start to finish.

“I started planning an interstate move two months ago. The challenge was that I needed to pick up belongings from several different locations in California and then transport them to Texas. None of the movers wanted to even discuss it due to logistics issues. Fortunately, I was referred to Rusty. He proposed a detailed, quite reasonable and affordable plan. We worked out all the details while preparing for the move. Then, the move itself was very smooth. Rusty and his team demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and paid close attention to all requests. Four days later, I was already in my new home in Texas, where all the main furniture had been reassembled by Pyramid Movers. I cannot say who could do this job better than Rusty.”

“Frank and Jorge were AWESOME. They are so kind, professional and FAST and moved our whole unit to our upstairs location through some pretty challenging terrain very safely and efficiently. They were on time, communicative, and made sure every box was where we wanted it and treated every item with great care.
We used different movers to move the same stuff into the unit last time and they were and were pretty happy, until Frank and Jorge moved us out today and WOW the difference is incredible.
If you're on the fence, just book. We left a message and Tyler got back to us immediately and was very prompt and helpful for setting up our move.
Moving is hell, but honestly this was a very pain free and easy process and whenever we move next, you know who we're gonna ask for.

I saw a review here where they pointed out that they buy boxes from a big box store for less money. This is a small business with a personal touch not a corporate store with a limited selection.
