“Waters moved our family 29 years ago, and again last week. The company always does a good job. The crew is prompt, professional and helpful. All our items were moved with care, and arranged as requested in the new home. I was concerned about a bunk bed that needed to be dismantled and reassembled, but they did a very good job with that, as well. Conversations with the office staff were equally as professional and cordial. This is a company that strives to do well for its customer.”

My first move solo, some nerves but that all went away once Rigo, Javier and Chewy arrived. Prompt arrival, professional the entire move (7+ hours). Friendly, efficient and respectful, careful with my furnishings, always smiling. Defining moment ...........Rigo had carefully wrapped a large TV. “Second time renting a locker here. Check in was so easy with the manager. Took <20 mins touring the locker, paying, and signing the paperwork. Very easy and streamlined process. Locker looks clean. I like the cement and metal style to avoid animals and mold.”
“We've used Pyramid Movers on three different occasions, including during the pandemic. PODS Moving & Storage had recommended Pyramid because the movers were PODS approved - knowing how to pack and unpack a POD. We were not as prepared as we had hoped, and the Pyramid movers were very forgiving and helpful. Devon notified us before arriving, and he and his colleague promptly arrived at our home and worked tirelessly all day, which we appreciated. They did an excellent job at packing and storing the POD. We used them again when we arrived at our new residence to unpack the POD and load everything into the house. The third time we used Pyramid, Rusty and Tyler gingerly moved a collection of arcade size pinball machines from 400 miles away. They were well prepared for this type of sensitive move. Nothing was daunting to the Pyramid movers throughout all three moves. Their prices are competitive, they are experienced, responsive, communicative, and professional.”

When it came down to the date of move-in, we ended up not needing their services due to unforeseen circumstances. The representatives were very helpful for us to cancel and get a full refund back. “This is an excellent storage facility. The entire grounds have always been neat and tidy, and the place feels very secure. It’s a central location on monument and is open long hours so any time we want to go, it’s open!The prices are very reasonable and the staff helped us figure out the best package for us—with the best deals., which they always seem to have. “We are in the process of a full-gut remodel of a very small retail space in downtown Walnut Creek. Being that we are in 'construction mode', we needed a space to stage items that we have ordered to have on-hand when our contractor needs them.We considered a POD (or something like it), but unfortunately don't have the physical space on-site to accommodate it.Went to The Walnut Creek location of Public Storage, and they didn't have any units that were drive-up (exterior units) available. The staff there asked if we would like to be placed on their waiting list. Before I could even answer, Dominique had jumped on the Public Storage website, and let us know that a 10' x 15' drive-up was currently available at their location on Concord Avenue. Better yet...closer to Home Depot!Booked online and got everything set-up within moments. Super easy!Arrived yesterday to install my cylinder lock and return the Public Storage-issued one, as I already have my own.Upon entering the office, I was warmly greeted by Tammi, who I believe is the property manager for that location...she mentioned that she has been there at that location for eleven years.She answered my questions about access for additional people (3 contractors + business owner + investor), in addition to myself, and walked me through the Public Storage app on my iPhone - explaining how access to the facility works.Then she went ABOVE AND BEYOND...she locked the office, and walked me to my storage unit to ensure that everything was as expected. The unit was not just broom-clean, it was impeccable! (And, trust me, that comes from the King of OCD!!)The entire facility is spotless and well-maintained, and Tammi is a HUGE asset to this company...no wonder she's been there as long as she has. Super friendly, efficient, organized, and knows her products and services. She made everything really easy and turnkey. Tammi is a very kind person, and it is clearly evident that she takes great pride in her job with Public Storage!!!Overall, an AMAZING experience. Highly recommend!!!!”

“Great independent storage facility. I had an inside storage space for 3 years and it was always easy to get in/get out even during off hours. The office is responsive and resolves issues quickly and is quite friendly. I never had an issue with the storage space, and there are always carts available to move things around. We had a lot to move 3 years ago due to a family member passing and the staff helped out with facilitating moving things around and checking in on our progress. I just moved out completely and the process was quick and painless.”
“Hi I currently have a unit here and this storage is very clean. There is an employee that has help me to the fullest her name is Lisa Marie. She’s always going over and beyond. Helping all people in need. She’s always cleaning the units which I’ve had a lot of storages in my days and there always dirty! But not with Lisa around she’s the best!”

“Excellent experience working with 680 Movers. We had a lot of stuff packed into the moving truck, so it was a difficult drive. They assisted with moving every piece and arrived on schedule. We had misjudged the quantity of items we had, which is why there were a few items left over. Would suggest.”

I just moved out of my unit because I came back to the area and all my belongings were in great condition.Ellie, the property manager for this location, was also wonderful. She was responsive, she checked in with me during the move out process, and she really went above and beyond. I even had an issue with my movers misplacing some of my items, and she helped me track them down. I would highly recommend this location!”
