TAMI IS THE BEST, HELPFUL AND VERY SWEET, THE GATE AND THE DOOR TO ENTER YOUR UNITS AREA BOTH HAVE key pads to enter, the place is very secure and clean..
I rented A 5x5 ' unit and was able to put 3big barber chairs and other things in it...tami also supplies you with a lock on your unit.

“Came to this public storage location looking for a unit to store my extra stuff in. I wasn’t sure what size I needed but upon walking in the building, I was greeted by Vianca. She was super sweet and patient with me. I told her what size units I think may work for me and she walked me through the facility to show me units I was interested in. I want to give a big thanks to Darlene for her outstanding service at the Concord Extra Space Storage. From the moment I walked in, she was professional, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to explain all my options clearly, answered every question with patience, and made the whole rental process simple and stress-free.
The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-maintained, but what really makes the difference is the quality of customer service. Darlene goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled smoothly — she genuinely cares about the customers and it shows.

“Hands down best moving company ever! Awesome crew, amazing service and guidance. I've had many movers in the past and by far these guys are the best. The office gave me a reasonable quote and the price was more than fair. These guys didn't quit didn't take a break we're very careful and friendly throughout the move. My sofa would not fit in the apartment but these guys did not quit. They blanket wrapped it and hoisted it over the patio! They actually made my moving experience fun and enjoyable. Professional throughout highly recommend!”

“Rusty and his team were amazing. We were moving out of a three bedroom 2400 square-foot home, and he got everything in two 16 foot PODS. We were amazed how they packed it and could get everything in. I would highly recommend them as movers or packers for a POD. They are very quick and efficient and we’re able to load our pods in 3 hours each.”

“Michelle and Alma consistently deliver high standards of service for the storage rental. I've used other storage services before, but I know this place stands out for its quality. The units are clean and well-maintained, both inside and outside, and moving equipment is available at every building. I've also noticed that Michelle and Alma are always willing to help — they always answer the phone during operating hours (except when assisting customers on-site) and respond to emails promptly. I truly appreciate their outstanding service. I've been with Mount Diablo Storage for many years, and I love this place.
