Mike at the front desk is THE guy every business wants representing them. The unit is easy to get into and there’s even a free cart to use to help roll everything into the unit.”

I want to give a big thanks to Darlene for her outstanding service at the Concord Extra Space Storage. From the moment I walked in, she was professional, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to explain all my options clearly, answered every question with patience, and made the whole rental process simple and stress-free.
The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-maintained, but what really makes the difference is the quality of customer service. Darlene goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled smoothly — she genuinely cares about the customers and it shows.

“Rusty and his team were amazing. We were moving out of a three bedroom 2400 square-foot home, and he got everything in two 16 foot PODS. We were amazed how they packed it and could get everything in. I would highly recommend them as movers or packers for a POD. They are very quick and efficient and we’re able to load our pods in 3 hours each.”

The units are clean and well-maintained, both inside and outside, and moving equipment is available at every building. I've also noticed that Michelle and Alma are always willing to help — they always answer the phone during operating hours (except when assisting customers on-site) and respond to emails promptly. I truly appreciate their outstanding service. I've been with Mount Diablo Storage for many years, and I love this place.

“This is a busy place. The office is open most of the time. security rounds are conducted more often. The storage roll up doors have a limited height & width but the inside storages are temperature regulated so its comfy sorting out your junk. Just bring extra lighting. As with Public Storage, it's best for short term because the prices creep up every year.”
