This place has been going downhill. Looks like it is going out of business, shelves empty, air conditioning not working, pharmacy metal gates down. Apparently getting a prescription while the pharmacist is at lunch is not possible- why not close for lunch then? This is not patient friendly at all.

This used to be such a good rite aid but it just hasn't felt like they care anymore in my last dozen visits. From the lack of inventory to there never being a cart or basket and the apathetic responses from the staff anytime you ask a question. They have everything behind glass too so anytime you make a request, a staff member has to get it for you and then also hold it up front until you're done shopping. Which I understand but that means you need to staff correctly too, which they don't. And this rite aid is hardly in any rough part of the neighborhood where facial toner needs to be behind glass, or that I need to wait 15m for 1 of 2 staff members to be available to get it for me.
Went to find women's hygiene today and was met with literally an empty aisle so they just really aren't prioritizing anything. Will have to start going to the Walgreens down the street.

This store will NPT be around much longer! I have never seen so many empty shelves at t a Rite Aid! Clearly, the whole chain is in a death spiral! Gonna miss thr “Thrifty Ice Cream” though! :(

It looks like their store is shutting down. Because there is hardly anything on the shelves. There are aisles that are completely empty and funny. When I asked the manager, were they going out of business? He said no. His warehouse just doesn't have the supplies to fill his store. So I'm wondering why they are even remaining open. If you don't have anything to sell to customers, don't waste your time. If you're looking for something, you'll never find it there, they don't have anything

Don’t waste your time coming here, empty shelves and no inventory.
Probably on its last breathe before shutting down. Good luck trying to find something you need.

Tried to call but they put me on hold indefinitely. They gave me wrong advise about insurance and no one seems to understand why my prescription isn't getting filled. It just keeps going on and on with no resolution.

We had vaccine appointments. When we arrived they said the pharmacist had to take a lunch and they left us sitting there for 45 mins. Why bother make appointments?? Rite aid is the worst.

In ordered covid tests, nasal inhaler and cough drops online. The store manager I spoke to said he canceled all items despite the fact that two of the most important items I needed were indeed in stock at the moment. When I aske him to correct it and reorder my items he refused to do so. The worst customer service experience I've had by far at a Right aid store.

I went to that pharmacy three times to pick up a prescription but when I got there I found at there are lots of missing medicines. The clerk said those medicines are not ordered but I had a printed prescription. I am really frustrated.

I'm not sure why this Rite Aid doesn't have better ratings, specifically the pharmacy. I have found them to be responsive and helpful. I have to get another prescription from a different pharmacy and Rite Aid Pleasant Hill is way better.

Went there after being stung by a bee and started having an allergic reaction. Got there 10 minutes before they opened and the guy wouldn’t let me in even though I told him my situation. They “weren’t open yet”. Even though I was visible reacting.Then when he did let me in and I purchased some Benadryl he was a complete di$@.
