Tried to call but they put me on hold indefinitely. They gave me wrong advise about insurance and no one seems to understand why my prescription isn't getting filled. It just keeps going on and on with no resolution.

We had vaccine appointments. When we arrived they said the pharmacist had to take a lunch and they left us sitting there for 45 mins. Why bother make appointments?? Rite aid is the worst.

On line ordering and pick up works really well at Rite Aid, unlike some other retail stores. Great parking and associates

In ordered covid tests, nasal inhaler and cough drops online. The store manager I spoke to said he canceled all items despite the fact that two of the most important items I needed were indeed in stock at the moment. When I aske him to correct it and reorder my items he refused to do so. The worst customer service experience I've had by far at a Right aid store.

I went to that pharmacy three times to pick up a prescription but when I got there I found at there are lots of missing medicines. The clerk said those medicines are not ordered but I had a printed prescription. I am really frustrated.

I'm not sure why this Rite Aid doesn't have better ratings, specifically the pharmacy. I have found them to be responsive and helpful. I have to get another prescription from a different pharmacy and Rite Aid Pleasant Hill is way better.

Went there after being stung by a bee and started having an allergic reaction. Got there 10 minutes before they opened and the guy wouldn’t let me in even though I told him my situation. They “weren’t open yet”. Even though I was visible reacting. Then when he did let me in and I purchased some Benadryl he was a complete di$@.

This review is for the pharmacy. After going to urgent care, I received a prescription for an antibiotic I really needed. Rite Aid said they didn’t have it. I asked if they could look at other nearby Rite Aids to see if any of them had it and they said no. I then called a nearby CVS and they were able to help me! I also once encountered a pharmacist at this Rite Aid that initially gave me incorrect instructions for using a prescription. I’ll be transferring all of my prescriptions from this location to a nearby CVS.

Walked in, both ladies standing behind the counter, looked at me and didn't say a word. I walked up to the ice cream section the lady standing there, walked away. I stood there for a few minutes, and was completely ignored. Hmmmmm, someone standing in front of the ice cream, what could they possibly want? Yet another place that needs to learn some customer service, how about getting some training for your employees on greeting customers and acknowledging them?

I don’t usually leave reviews unless customer service sucked badly. One of your employees at rite aid on contra costa blvd was very impatient to help me and when he did answer me it was as if he was forced to answer me or repeat it multiple times in a loud tone as I’m standing 2 feet from him.

Today (Wednesday october 5, 2022) at 10:00am i went to Rite Aide for the updated omicron booster. Check in process was fine. You take in your vaccine card to give to the pharmacist. If you have insurance yoi just show it. They do know scan the insurance cards. waiting time was on time. I get called in for the shot. The pharmacist is very nice her name is Trai she vietnamese. We got to talk a little. She asked me if i had been to vietnam? I said not yet. She sait vietnam just reopened. After the shot, i was ask to wait in the waiting area for 15 minutes. After minutes, Trai came to check on me to see if i am ok. she said you may go. very good place to got thevaccination i highly recommended .The rite aide appointment set up was easy. Do not worry to put your insurance info on the appointment web site. Just present your insurance in person because it alot of work to fill out and scan the card. The restroom is super clean! it located on your left hand side as soon as you enter the store.I bought few items at the RA. I used the self checkout was very easy.Over All the store is is nice right in the downtown PH.

We went there to buy some gift cards for Moon Festival. We no longer give mooncakes. They had a good selection and also picked up some cute greeting cards to send them. The cashier took the extra time to make sure everything is right with our purchase. BTW we noticed that garden things, including some nice flower pots, are now 75% off. I also should mention that there was no waiting in line, unlike lots of stores now days.

wow. I currently lived in Florida for the first 10 years of my life and I moved to Walnut Creek last year. I really wasn't a fan of the Walnut Creek Rite Aid, they really didn't have a lot of options when it came to a certain type of vegetarian snacks I was looking for. So somebody suggested I try the Pleasant Hill Rite Aid. I ran into somebody while they were stocking shelves, on the grocery aisle, and when I asked the guy with the name tag I think that said Stephen T, didn't even acknowledge me when I asked. He simply turned around and walked away while saying I'm busy. I was in awe. I bit my tongue and I let it go and searched for the organic vegetarian snacks on my own which was right on the aisle that I had ran into this guy on. Basically I turned around and the organic snacks were dead smack in front of me. He simply could've pointed before walking away and mumbling something totally rude. And then I go to check out my items and the line was long so apparently the cashier had called him for back up and I got him and he proceeded to walk away and leave the register while I was next in line refusing to help me and headed to the back of the store . I've been in customer service before and if I would've done this I would've gotten fired. I also watched him make one of his employees cry. I couldn't imagine working for this a******* Excuse my language but that's the nicest way I can describe him. He seems like he was miserable and hated his job that's not my problem I came to do business and spend quite a bit of money . Not only will I never go back because of Stephen T, but I have called HR and reported him. Also as he was walking away from the register he seemed to do a cash register money pick up and put the money directly into his pocket. I don't know if that's how it's done at the store but like I said I have worked in customer service and in drug stores and grocery stores before and honestly if I would've done that I would've been fired on the spot. Not only was he incredibly rude to customers but he was incredibly rude to the young cashier when he did the cash pick up. I watched this girl almost break down in tears because he had left her with a full line and when the customer behind me and I said some thing she didn't really know what to say. the lady behind me gave her a really big piece of her mind blaming her for his actions . I felt so bad for this girl. I didn't catch her name but it was some young lady with purple hair. so she automatically took me next and calmly explain to the customer that was in her line that basically I was next and she would take care of me very quickly and not only did she do that but she profusely apologized and Was absolutely a sweetheart to me and the other customers. I could not imagine working with this j**** He seems like he hates his job but that's not my problem I am a customer and apparently I thought the rule in retail was the customer is always right and customers come before anything else. I asked the young lady his name and she told me that it was Stephen T. She did say the last name but unfortunately I was so upset I did not seem to catch it. I will never visit the store again because of him. He didn't even greet me, instead, he simply blew me off and mumbled something under his breath as he walked away for the second time, refusing to ring me up. I cannot believe Rite Aid would actually have somebody like this working there, as a MANAGER nonetheless. Somebody who makes customers feel uncomfortable and somebody who makes a young employee especially a young lady employee break down in tears while still helping customers. I believe her name was Amanda. It had started with an A, that's all I remembered because I was so livid. This is the first yelp review I have ever written because I'm not that type of person but this "gentleman" and I use that term extremely loosely should not be working with customers if he does not like his job that is nobody's f
