this ross was horrible, me and my boyfriend were just walking around looking at literal TOYS and clothing, we had been here multiple times and every single time we have gone we have had a terrible experience with the staff. more specifically the loss prevention lady who follows us around the whole entire store every time we come here and doesn't do the same for other shoppers in the store. and also the manager would follow us as well. every time we have came here we purchase multiple things and always been respectful to the cashiers and other staff on duty but no matter how many times we come here or how much we spend here there is always a problem with them. i understand that they are trying to prevent theft and are probably prone to it at this store but that does not give a excuse to follow us around. i would recommend going to the ross near target as they are actually respectful.

I visited this Ross location in Pleasant Hill on Saturday, 1/20/24, around 2:30 PM. First and foremost, I love shopping at Ross. I always have to shop at one any time I am out of town. My usual shopping trips at Ross include my cart being filled to the top. During this visit, I was underwhelmed/not impressed with the selection of garments. I did not find many cute clothing items that stood out to me. I just only purchased a cardigan and a workout outfit. The checkout line was also backed up and took a while to get to the front. The staff member who assisted me was overwhelmed and it showed. This location, unfortunately, didn't meet expectations all the way.

this ross was not busy either but as far as inventory this store is wiped out too. Just like the one in Brentwood

I'm not really enthusiastic about this place every time I go there, they don't have anything I want, and the other customers are really rude. I know it's not the stores fault but I can go shopping at other places where I don't get pushed around, and can look causally.
