Row House Pleasant Hill is absolutely fantastic. Every class is fun and engaging. The staff and coaches are very knowledgeable and encouraging. I appreciate the time they take to help with form and understanding of the rower and the weights. They provide modifications for those looking for less or for more. They are very thoughtful about the music they play and always provide a fun playlist.

I decided to try Row House after a coworker mentioned he took a class with his wife and they really enjoyed it. I would get on a rowing machine at the gym (if I went) but never lasted more than 5-10 min.I came in for a 7am class. The 2 ladies at the front greeted me and were very friendly. I was shown how to use the locker as well as which rowing machine was reserved for me (they have a special name for it and I forgot). The instructor was delayed, but all the participants trickled in, it seemed like a full house. We did open rowing until Jen arrived. She was full of energy and her playlist was great for the Restore class (mix of rowing and floorwork). I prioritzed staying in rhythm with everyone as I caught myself focusing on form and trying to understand the numbers on the screen. I forgot to mention that Nicole attempted her best at showing me the proper form and technique, as well as insight (she was definitely right about feeling my core muscles the next day - I think I have been doing it all wrong this whole time prior to Row House!). Jen and the class were amazing! They graciously comped me another free class due to the initial delay and I surely got it scheduled.I was excited to test what I learned at the gym the next day. Sadly, it wasn't the same environment or energy. However, I did last longer! I'm looking forward to the next class and potentially leading to a membership at the Row House!

My first class was with Coach Dennis and it was awesome. His instructions was on point with maintaining your pace and core muscle engagement. My body was burning afterwards but it was a great feeling. So great I signed up for membership!

The coaches and front staff here are super friendly and the workout is great. They make it easy to get started and celebrate your milestones along the way. Lots of classes you can sign up for. My favorites are themed with a particular kind of music or artist. Nice vibe, clean facility. I recommend it!

Row House Pleasant Hill an amazing place to work out, it provides classes that are challenging no matter your fitness level. Despite the awesome workouts, what really makes this studio special is the team who works here. From the moment you walk in you just feel welcomed by the staff. The coaches are constantly motivating you throughout class and are even willing to give you some extra tips on how to improve your split average if you ask. Appreciate everyone at Row House! Thanks for all you do.
