I would like to congratulate Roman. Like every year I brought my computer for the annual virus installation. Roman was customer friendly and polite. What I liked about him is that he was very honest with some things he could not find and worked hard to figure it out which he did. He was very pleasant. I also congratulate Dennis for his customer service as I picked up my computer today. I gave Roman a 12/10.

Went in to the print and marketing area twice to get some signs made for my business and talked with a couple of absolute duds at the customer service. One actually walked away while I was talking to her. The other lady, with dark hair, simply looked at me like I was an inconvenience and told me to go online.

My daughter is a teacher, and I sent her information about Staples' sale of educational supplies and purchased notebooks, crayons and composition books for her class and the class of another teacher. Staples employees proved helpful in getting me to the right areas to pick up the supplies, and the value was great.

The Staples in Pleasant Hill is excellent! I have been going there for years and everyone I have ever encountered are nice, helpful. and knowledgeable. The cashier even helped me with setting up my phone app. Much quicker than if I had done it myself!

Had excellent service from Dennis, the tech service advisor. He did an excellent job with my request; also speedy at that. He took the time to explain everything to me and I really appreciated that. Another customer came in the midst of this and he took the time to ask them whether they want to sit while waiting because he wasn't thru with my session. Extremely courteous. Also, when I was leaving, I saw the manager (who serviced me previously) and she recognized me and smiled a greeting. Yes, this store has staff who possess excellent customer service skills.

Your staff is highly informative and Neil Took the time out of his day to explain things and go the extra mile to help us not just talk at us but explain why we needed things and why we may not need some things and things would work better than others that we had already picked. he’s an incredible employee and an incredible person he deserves a raise that’s for sure !!!

Teresita was incredibly helpful to me and my wife in getting our wedding thank you cards printed. She was thorough and went through numerous different proofs before landing on one that was perfect.

Great service from associates that smile and greet you when you enter the store. My projects seems to be increasing but I've been pleased with the help and service I've received on my many multiple visits to the Pleasant Hill, CA location.
