Terry was very nice and welcoming. She took me as a walk in and really listened to how I wanted my hair cut and gave her professional suggestions to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. She engaged with me in conversation and was a sweet woman.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I walked in at 10:30 am, told to be back at noon. then got text saying my appt was at 1:00 and to text when I got there. I texted I was there when I parked my car at 12:45. no response so I went in. one guy was waiting. the one worker was working on a kid. she took the guy waiting at 1:15. a couple walked in for their 1:20 appt. took me at 1:45. shame on you for having just one person working on a Saturday. WALK INS ARE NOT WELCOME ON GOLF CLUB RD IN PLEASANT HILL, CA.
