I usually shop at Ulta in Pleasant Hill. I had an awful and humiliating eexperience with the manager. I will no longer be returning to this store for my makeup needs.

Easy parking, helpful employees. I do wish they carried more bare mineral products in stock. They often don’t have what I need but overall, I love the store.

Lol what a joke. I’ll be shopping at Sephora from now on for all my products. Customer service is abhorrent. Employees are lazy and do the bare minimum to answer questions or help any customers. Anytime I walk into this store no employee is ever on the floor to be found, and if they are, they are hiding from customers because they don’t want to be bothered to help.

I was just in the Ulta Beauty Pleasant Hill store and I’m very disappointed. I was in the store for 20 minutes and not one salesperson or person came up to me to ask if I needed help. And I did need help with make up. However, there were four sales people helping one young woman. Not one of them looked my way to ask if I needed assistance. I walked out of the store without help. I will never go to an Ulta store again. It’s unfortunate because the stores have lots of merchandise. But I can spend my money elsewhere that has better customer service. I give this store one star because It does have a large inventory.

Had the best haircut by Gina. Such a sweet lady. Took her time and cut my hair exactly like I wanted it. It looked so pretty after she gave me a blowout she curls

This Ulta has no respect for customers time. The manager just talks while his cashiers are stuck with a line. A good manager is cognizant and helps bring the line down. This is par for the course. There is low employee competency at this store. Help customers. Don't let the line get long. Open a register. And if I hear one more time we don't have enough employees. That isn't customers prob. Give ppl an incentive to work there. This Ulta has bad energy so no wonder.

Yk what I'm giving an extra star because the employees were nice, but as I said before broken products and not selling advertised products. The displays weren't clean, and there were no testers. Quite disappointed because there are so few ultras around my area, and this one isn't good. one employee didn't even know what the products were or any information about them. Please do better Ulta!

Worst customer service ever I went into Ulta and no sales associate offered to help one lady was helping a woman and she seen that I was standing there and when she was finished helping her out, she walked away, and I tried to get her attention. She kept walking into the back room. Also the person at the register was very rude. No smile did not help me find a brow gel Will not be shopping at this Ulta again
