I had to get Live Scanned for TSA Pre-check and IdentoGo has a Office in this Staples!!!!I walked into Staples and went to the IdentoGo office in the Rear of Staples and was Warmly greeted by the IdentoGo Representative!!!He Checked me in and Checked and Copied all my Documents!!!Then he Live-scanned My Fingerprints into the Database andPrinted my Receipts for me. He was very Helpful, Friendly and Efficient !!! The Whole process took 5 Minutes at the most!!!This is a Baller On A Budget Approved Establishment! !! And a great Deal. !!!!

This is a general shopping tip....shop online first and check the price. Take a picture of it or do a print screen of the price - especially for ink cartridges as the online price is often times cheaper than the store price. (Price difference could be a few dollars to over $15 depending on the type of ink cartridge.) They will match the online price but you need to ask them to match it. It helps to show them a picture of the online price otherwise they need to check on their kiosk.I've been able to get mostly what I want. Their back to school sales are usually pretty good though they usually have a limit on the number of items you can buy.

Came in to print a couple pictures (plain paper) on the self serve printer. Couldn't get it to work. I asked the teen "working" if she could help. She proceeded to mumble a bunch of stuff and said it would have to be tomorrow. I have this to do and that and I have to close soon, cool story bro!In the time she spent babbling at me all the reasons she couldn't do it, it could have simply printed out the 2 pictures.I guess being lazy and not providing customer service is the standard practice for Staples copy center. I went to the one in Pleasanton and had pretty much the exact same experience.

Very impressed with the young man named Denis. He greeted me at the door and helped me find the 4 items I needed. I was in & out in a flash. He is a valuable asset to that location (Pleasant Hill) Thank you.

Part 1 :most racist/ humiliating /and embarrassing experience ever at this store, I still come here on occasion to pick up packing slips and buy supplies for school and almost always come to there clearance section for good finds! I love how they have cleaning supplies so if I forgot something with covid going on I could just pick it up here with no problem . I ship out a lot of things on a website and buy all my supplies such as tape, bubble wrap and I always get packing slips for FREE form there packing a slipping department. TODAY 8/19-2022 at approx 2pmI came in as any other day at any staples and went to their fed ex station where you can drop off packages for shipping where I asked a young or old Caucasian women with heavy makeup and strong eyebrows and a red flower placed on the right side on her head for the clear packing slips customers usually out on their orders to ship out. (Now let's pause - I am a black African American women with a bath towel on my head since I just left the gym, some sweat pants and a mask I will post a photo of what I looked like walking in for you guys)She instantshits me down and says "oh we don't give those out go customers" in a snarky snarly way. So I responded as said oh well that's strange because I come here all the time and get them and I was just here a few weeks ago and got a bunch so I'm confused on what your telling me because I go to numerous staples as I mentioned earlier I ship things out on a public website called Mercari I'm sure some of you are familiar with it . so again she repeats herself and said yeah we don't give them out but you can buy them if you like we sell them right over there near the register. I was lost because they have a register in their area as well as general checkout for all guest so I wasn't sure which register to go to and thought I'd just ask another worker to help me since she was being so nasty Finally I see a white older guy who appears to be a manager and he tells me he is the assistant manager I told him I am trying to obtain some packing slips and I explain to him how rude this lady was being in the FedEx department and right away he took her side and began to tell me that he's sorry about my past experiences at Staples but that they may be doing things differently and just kind of brushed off my past experiences of getting shipping labels for free as if my past experiences were irrelevant to today's experience. The gentleman showed me where the packing slips were but unfortunately they were not the ones I was looking for these were half the size of the ones that FedEx has behind their counter and I needed the long ones so I thought it was funny that nobody could show me where the long packing slips were the manager then goes to the back where the FedEx workers are or UPS I'm not sure I'm very upset writing this email right now and behold he comes from the back with a couple of packing slips and hand them to me and says oh there must've been a miscommunication so now I'm wondering what was the miscommunication because this is exactly what I asked for and I'm not sure how many packing labels you guys have back there but how is it that you go back there and now you are giving me packing slips and telling me there was a misunderstanding I asked him so what was the misunderstanding this is what I asked for and she told me that you guys don't give them away to customers? The guy gets frazzled and doesn't know what to tell me and says oh do you want to talk to my general manager instead?? Yes I would love to talk to your general manager instead because I've been an assistant manager right now and you can't even tell me what the problem is you can't even explain to me what the miscommunication here was because there was no miscommunication and your employee was discriminating against me because of my appearance of when I walked in the store and right away the guy says oh no it isn't that I can almost reassure you it's not that
