The staff at my Specific Location from Day 1, been compassionate, kind , supportive and nothing but good to me . I have chosen concord as home , I am a Bay Area Oakland , Alameda woman who has found The Area of Pleasant Hill , ( concord , Walnut Creek , Martinez ) a special place to want to call home . Life is challenging for all of us and UPS Store at 52 Golf Club RD continues to support me in all my goals .

I am expecting the owner of this UPS store to read this comment , you need to be aware about the kind of customer services provided at your store.
The experience was extremely disappointing, primarily due to the unprofessional behavior of the staff member at the counter. She insisted that my parents communicate in English, despite their limited proficiency, and refused to allow my sister to assist with translation.
It is important to note that many institutions, including U.S. embassies and federal agencies, provide translation services to accommodate non-English speakers. This approach underscores the importance of accessibility and respect for diverse linguistic backgrounds.
Additionally, when we pointed out an error in the notary service, the staff member reacted defensively rather than addressing the issue constructively. My sister, who remained courteous throughout, sought assistance at another UPS location where the issue was resolved without difficulty.
Given our extensive experience with notary services, it is clear that the problem was not with our understanding but rather with the service provided. We hope that future interactions at your store can reflect a higher standard of professionalism and customer care.

Customer service. I was immediately acknowledged when I entered the store. Never has that happened in all the many UPS stores I've been to. Service was friendly, easy, and swift.

I'm not sure where all these bad reviews are coming from. I've been going to this UPS probably since 2020 when returning packages after Covid lock down, to return Amazon packages and various business needs. I'm there frequently and the service is always excellent! And I'm picky about good service! The economy sucks and everything going up. Not just UPS. And the service members always give a heads up on pricing when I'm there so there are no surprises. I think UPS just had massive lay offs too. It's not personal businesses have to charge for the extra things. They are trying to stay afloat like everyone else. The economy is the worst it's ever been! Despite this the service here at this particular UPS has always been excellent!!!

I can’t believe how far UPS has fallen. They tried to charge me a dollar for some tape to my package. The associate who helped me was professional and courteous which is great but when I asked him why he has to charge me for tape his only response was that his manager said so. Really disappointing and makes me want to take my business else where so I don’t get nicked and dime over every little thing. Shame on you UPS!! We all know you have plenty of money !

Absolute rip off they charge you $4 just for them to read your email and then another charge to print a page if you're broke then just say that but stop ripping ppl off

Have been coming here for awhile and recently they have new employees. The gentleman that I last had service from was so nice! He helped me with the paper tray and was not letting the difficulty of the machine get in his way. He fixed it pronto. A true Xerox warrior! Great attitude and wonderful fun conversation that even other customers jumped our conversation, while they had a short wait. All were happy!
