My phone was not charging properly.I had gone to 4 other places that did not fix my issue, until I landed here.I'm a technologically impaired 62 y/o woman. But these people seem to have all the gadgets to find the solution to your problem. They are very helpful and thorough. Atra, the young man who helped me was so nice, knowledgeable and very patient, I was impressed with his professionalism and kind demeanor. So glad I found them. Highly recommend.

Fixed my phone when no one else could! Spent hours on the phone with Verizon and my work IT and even went to a Verizon store. No one could figure out the problem. I came here and Ryan was a genius! He investigated and determined it was an antenna issue and repaired my phone! Excellent service and prices. Will always return here with phone needs!

Broke the screen on my Samsung Galaxy S10. Rendered the phone unusable. Disaster! They replaced the screen in 45 minutes. Cost $327 for this which I find a bit absurd, but otherwise could not be happier with the service.

Needed a replacement battery for an older iPhone. No problem.Took 15 minutes ! They have regular batteries , car batteries and phone assessories too! How convenient! The sign says “Batteries Plus “on the building, but it has “We Fix it “signs (website)on the window. So look for the big Batteries Plus sign from the street. I recommend this place.
