I am so angry with this bank! I have been banking with Wells Fargo for over 40 years but today, after trying to deposit some cash, the ATM machine tore one of my $20 bills as it was spitting it back out at me. I had to drive to a different branch that actually has an office and waited in line for over ten minutes. Believe it or not, they would not exchange the torn bill even though less that 1/4 was missing! I have several accounts with them and was able to identify myself but they would not do it! They basically said, "too bad." I looked online at it says banks can exchange bills with you even if you have only half, because damaged bills are returned to the Federal Reseve and are replaced with new money. They will even take back money that is melted or in pieces but you have to fill out a form and send it in to Washington. I think I will move my money somewhere else. I'm done with Wells Fargo!

Very disappointed with my experience. We got there at 3:55PM and spoke with the branch manager. We were interested in opening up two teen accounts and we had all our documentation and 1k for each account. They said the bankers were busy but after their appointment someone will be right with us. After one banker was free we sat and waited for him to come over to is because the branch manager told him we were next. Then after a few minutes go by a gentleman with a hat sat down and started talking with him. After 10 minutes go by of frustration i get up and go up to the banker and said sir we have been waiting and were next. He said oh for the teen accounts? I said yes. He said I don't have time today, i asked why would you help this man instead of us when we were next? We said oh he came up to me and had questions and sat down. I repeated myself, yes but we were next. He said well you can come back tomorrow. I said no we wont we will go to chase instead who is more professional, have common sense, and is curtous to customers. Your loss and CHASES GAIN!

Disgraceful behavior from the staff of this branch, they treat all customers like criminals. Absolute PoS manager. Wells Fargo deserves its awful reputation.

I came in Monday at 11 to send a wire transfer. The line was out the door with just two tellers. When I finally got to the teller was told I would need to wait 45 minutes for a banker. Been a customer since 1986, but likely will be moving on.

Line up time to get the service is 20 minutes long 13 people on the line. 15 to 20 minutes to line up whenever I come to here. Edit Start to 1:34 pm to 2:10 pm to deposit 1 check to my landlord account.

First off I want to start by saying i’ve only ever had good customer service here! The employees are always kind and helpful so my 1 star is NOT because of customer service. I’ve been going to this location for about 5 months every other week as this is where I cash my checks from work and it’s right up the street from my house. It doesn’t matter what day of the week or what time you go they are always ridiculously busy with only 2-3 tellers working so make sure you have at least 20-40 minutes to spend here. You would think with this kind of constant volume they would have hired more tellers by now or moved some of the people that are constantly sitting at their desk (with no customers) up front. I’m not aware of how the bank scheduling and duties are handled but clearly something isn’t working here….

Chronically and comedically understaffed There are often lines out the door, personal / investment bankers sit idle, the managers ask if anyone has a deposit to make on the atm (no one) while the two tellers fight for their life with an unending queue I come at all hours to find a best time and there is none. The tellers are understandably tired

Very long wait time, felt discriminated also. Never feel welcomed. Teller asked for my ID and im a customer. The checks I cashed were only 25 dollars. Usually they ask for ID when the check amount is over a larger amount. The approach was really not ok for me. I've never gave my ID in this kind of situation

This place always has lines out the door not matter what time of day. You would think with all the extra charges they have they could have more branches and more people working! This bank is terrible

Guy at the door with the beard greeting people was completely useless and they should let him go. I wanted to open an account and he said he didn't have anyone available. We were the only people in the bank. I asked to speak to the manager and he said they're not available. I said should I close my account and go to bank of America he said you can withdraw your funds and close you account online.

I've been trying to find out if they have $2 in the branch but call after call, no one ever answers the phone. This branch is out of my way and I would rather not go in if they don't have $2 for my grandson's birthday.

Rather Sucked Today - No Help and No Service - to boot, 3 out of 4 ATM machines were out of cash. Really makes me wonder where they are headed as an organization.

Not enough tellers to service customers wait time was long. Was not greeted by and staff members or to let customers know about the wait.
