There have been several occasions when I’ve pulled in and all of a sudden lights just go off. Even though it’s far beyond their closing hours. Lights are on bright! Not sure why they do this? Is it what I look like? I just think it’s rude. Have accurate hours and stick to it.

Was there on 2024/11/12 around 16:30 at station 11. I was trying to pump loaner car, so asked to pump only 2 gallon inside. He refused to do so and asked me if $10 is ok. I asked him to change it to $8. He rejected me to do so since he already entered. As I was in rush I took it and paid it in cash(all these time, I had cash on my hands showing I am paying in cash). Obviously, what I got was the credit card price instead of cash price. Will never come here as he was so dishonest and self-centered (far from customer focus)
Called the number upon the response. Made a case, they said the store manager will reach out to me within 10 business days. It’s been more than a month, no contact from them at all. Obviously, they don’t care my feedback

They refused to cash a $100 ticket scratcher, said “ you can go anywhere to cash that”. I said I literally bought it here and they refused… Reporting them to California Lottery commission.

The ice machine is dirty & Contaminated my water with dirt from inside the machine. Be careful when buy soda from the Fountain. I don't think they clean it.

0 stars!If you value your car, avoid this car wash!This place has to be one of the worst, incompetent, and rude businesses I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. I went here on Thursday, Nov 2 to get my car washed. I paid my 10 dollars at the drive up, typed in the requested code and pulled up to the car wash tunnel. As per written instructions, I put my car in neutral, took my hands off the wheel and removed my foot from the brake. The machine guided my car into the car wash tunnel and began washing my car. As I came to the end of the tunnel, my car was slammed into a wall and came to an abrupt stop. No one came to assist me, I had to turn the steering wheel to realine my car to get out of there, and was greeted by an attendant who threw his arms up in a WTF fashion and started yelling at me. (I couldn't understand much of anything he said).He then insinuated the incident was my fault and I might be responsible for any damage to his equipment. I explained I did everything the instructions told me to do. He called me a liar. And said that I didn't, that he had me on video. He insisted I wait to make sure his equipment was OK. I didn't want any trouble so I acquiesced.Mind you he showed no interest in the damage to my car which was quite extensive. To shorten a long story, his equipment was fine, although he claimed it was damaged but he would be able to fix it and we should just have each of our own insurances take care of our property. I requested a receipt which he begrudgingly gave to me.Fortunately my car was drivable, but with extensive front side damage. In hindsight, I realize I should have called SOMEONE, although I don't know who since it wasn't a moving violation incident. Now I am dealing with insurance who are helping me with my next steps to repair my car.I am not from the Pleasanton area (which by the way is lovely), but I will NEVER go to the AM PM gas station/car wash again. You would be wise to avoid it as well.

Worst car wash in the BAY AREA!Half the nozzles don't work, they don't turn on before the brush hits your car. Luckily I'm in a work truck, but I would have thrown it in reverse if it was my vehicle.DONT EVER USE THIS CAR WASH.IF YOU HATE SOMEONE, BUY THEM A CAR WASH HERE.

The worse carwash ever, I paid the $15.00, my car doors still had dirt, it looked like my car was sprayed with a hose. I called them, they didn't even offer another wash, told me I was the only one to complain. Don't waste your money

They need to install credit card readers outside at the pump. Such a waste of time to go inside and I can't fill up my car because of possibility of overpaying inside prior to pumping!! I and my whole family would go here to pump every time if they had cc readers outsise. Right now I only stop there if I really need gas and avoid going there at all costs if I can. I'm sure most people feel that way as well. What gas station this day and age does not have credit card readers outside??!

Please don't go to this place, they are cheaters.........they charge you extra and blame you....... this place doesn't even deserve 1star. They don't even return the looted money. All are frauds. If you want genuine service, this is not the place your should look for. We got cheated by $60 in the gas station. It's your hard earned money, don't let this cheaters eat it. Be aware!

If you're coming here for a car wash, DON'T! I got the premium car wash which was $11 (the most expensive). As you can see in the picture I attached, there's still bird poo!!!!! This is totally unbelievable and disgusting. Throughout the entire car wash, it smelled like sewer water. GROSS!!!

Absolutely f****** terrible. The new ownership is scandalous, dishonest, disgusting and rude. From charging more than what the shelf price tag lists (and hoping you don't notice) to operating the car wash with no soap. The long time employees have dwindled to two and have been replaced with rude, don't-give-a-fuck people. The owner is a sexist, rude, dishonest man. Avoid this ampm like the plague.
