My wife bought a new iPhone . We came in to get all set up 20min before closing . They were really packed with people transferring their old phones to the new phones and Patrick assisted us . He was very kind and attentive even though he was very busy assisting a handful of other customers at the same time . He is personable and asks meaningful questions throughout the process. Thank you Patrick for your help !

Fixed my phone charging problem by pushing a link to enter diagnosing mode. I guess that reset firmware or something.

Horrible customer service by Paulina and that short guy next to her. They are both scam artists trying to rip me off $50 for the trade in deal. Luckily apple support gave me that 50 dollars and had apologize for their unprofessional, unhelpful and unpleasant behavior. Apple support said they should’ve have given me the 50 dollars instead of arguing. Also getting a bad review from Apple support they need to reflect on their behavior.

One word that immediately would improve this store’s customer service is acknowledgment. You walk in and no one looks at you to help you, literally every store employee ignores you. One kid ( he’s a kid to me because I’m much older than him and by his behavior you will agree) store employee walks by me and I ask for help-what did he do you ask? Roll his eyes at me and pinch the top of his nose while hurriedly walking by. I’m like—bruh, really?

Came in for an AppleCare appointment. After several weeks and several phone calls and visits, was told they didn’t even try to replicate the overheating issue that I brought the insured product in for.
Asked me to return to the location to drop off the charging cord so they could take photos of it to upload to the Eng team. Worked out with the manager that bc the request was for just photos, any Apple Store would work and arranged with the manager I would do this at a closer location to me.
Later, they told me that because they only asked for photos, they couldn’t even try to replicate the issue? And that because it’s a safety escalation to ship an overheating device to a testing center for further testing, they can’t triage this to the appropriate support team?
They seem to not have an SOP on any of this and are just making it up on the fly. I was told different things by different staff members.
Was also told several times they would ship the device back to me because I live farther away, and now they are threatening that either I pick it up in person or the product will be not be returned.
Have spent several hours of my life managing the hostility, illogical reasoning, and passive aggression of multiple staff at the Apple Stoneridge center. They seem untrained, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Seems like they are penalized for every AppleCare product they manage, so they’re probably highly disincentivized to provide any standard of care.

Omar was the absolute best! He was very patient and helpful! I had gone to two other previous stores for help with my phone, and he figured out what was wrong and went above and beyond to fix it :) Thank you so much Omar and Gina! 🤍🫂

I went in for an appointment to fix my mom's phone. When I got there they couldn't find my appointment, and I had to leave without getting anything done.

It was an amazing experience. I took an appointment at 12 Noon but I got late. I was attended immediately. Mike was very helpful. He was transparent with all the diagnostic. In fact, he was very honest with recommendation and wether I need to get battery replaced or not.
