THANK YOU to Gran at Beratlis Automotive. I was told by a dealer that my Ford Explorer (only has 68K miles on it) had a leak in the timing cover and I should fix that and of course they suggested that the water pump and timing chain be replaced. Estimated cost $4100+Something did not seem right. So went to Gran at Beratlis as he was highly recommended, and now I know why. He showed me that there was NO LEAK anywhere on the timing cover. It was completely dry. Saved myself a fortune and have to thank Gran once again for his help and honesty. He is now my go to mechanic for Ford.

Took my 1996 Chevrolet Suburban there via a tow truck. Gran let me keep on-site until he could get to it. Fixed it on day he said he would at quoted cost. Highly recommended.

As soon as I realized that my car was requiring maintenance to run in its most efficient manner, Gran was ready to help me out and provide me with the service and knowledge of what was going on with my car and assisted me without pressuring to pay any extra out of pocket expense for the required maintenance. 100% coming back here for my future car maintenance:)
