If your website says you have a product and you charge me for it then you should not wait four hours to tell me it’s out of stock. Update your website or put it together faster. Never using this store or chain ever again. They already charge so much and this is just bad business practice. Also waiting on a refund, which should have been immediate since no product was involved in any of this process.

BEWARE: the sale items are not just on sale but are actual mis prints and errors in manufacturing but it’s not advertised and not returnable.

The store was busy but the guy who was at the register was amazing and the "playlist was out of this world"! He singing the song made the best day for me!!!

My friend and I were looking for a birthday gift for another one of our friends and when we called our director asking for a suggestion on what we should get we all agreed that this was the perfect location to find a gift. Our friend doesn't like a lot of different things, but she's definitely a Disney person , she loves hello Kitty, and she's a product of the '90s. This store is absolutely the one place that she would get things from. I believe at the time that we went there was a discount on clearance items, I think it was buy one. Get two things free or buy one get one free, something that ended up with me picking up more than one bracelet from the area. The staff are all very friendly, and normally everyone in the store is also very friendly.A warning to random troublemakers and kids who feel like stealing, there are cameras everywhere and the staff members are walking around constantly just to make sure people don't pick up small knick knacks and put them in their pockets. There's a reason why they keep some of the smaller items closer to the middle of the store where the cash area is. Please do not be one of those people pay for your items and just be a good person. loved the customer service! gabby was super helpful and i bought the hello kitty bomber jacket and she hyped me up! love this store already but gabby made it an even better experience

I went in to return a product, and they forced me to sign up for their rewards program to do so. Then they wouldn't even refund me money and insisted they could only give me store credit. Disappointing to see from a stored I used to like so much.
