First time, great experience. For those like me unfamiliar, you can just go to the lot, enter any car without any sales rep pressure. And then talk to one when you are ready. Just great, I'm sad I did not find out earlier.

The buy-car process was so smooth and efficient, the sales representative Dhruv was very helpful and professional with great smile, and even gave me great idea to find proper insurance, will definitely come back when there is any need to sell/buy other cars!!!
