They are the worst HOA. They are not very helpful. The manager hasn't a very nice attitude and is so rude not even trying to help you make you feel like you are stupid and don't know the rule. Obviously, I'm asking for your help, and I got shut down right away and left us to figure out the problem. You are the HOA and supposed to help your customers.

Yet another 1 star review. Where to begin, how about the fact that only 4 of the security cameras are working, or that Jennifer lied to me about it when I reported my car was broken in to, or that she lied again about emailing me w/ a response when I provided a police report. Then there's the damaged car port that has remained unfixed for going on 3 months. I could never imagine being so incompetent or treating people so dishonestly in anything I've ever done. I guess CJM is lucky there's nothing below 1 star. I swear if i won the lottery I'd buy the company just so I could fire that lying sack of shi* Jennifer.

Jason wouldn't have a job if mom and dad didn't own the company. As the president of our HOA for 10+ years, I made an error rehiring them because I was tired of babysitting the old management company and other members of the board who fired CJM prior to me joining thought CJM were the lesser of the evils. Big Mistake. Over the past couple of years, he continues to hire IDIOTS. He claims they are VETTED which means VERY EXPENSIVE. I think there may be other motivation involved but don't want to get into litigation since they are trying to spend all our reserves. I wish that anyone who thinks of hiring them could talk to me first. If you read this and still hire CJM you deserve it. The sign above HELL says, "Abandon all hope, ye who enter here!"

Very bad company/management. All they do is collecting your money and not doing anything!

I was on the Westaire board during 4 years of CJM management. We had ongoing issues with landscape company that took 3 years to address and some are still ongoing. CJM support of company was questioned many times. It was hard to get the minimum of 3 bids on jobs. We went through 4 different site managers. I don’t think that they ever were adequately staffed to handle our association. The complaints of each manager was same story every time. Very friendly and promised to take care of problems. Getting consistent results was very frustrating.

Had I known anything about this HOA, I would not have purchased a condo managed by them. Tom Lewis is unhelpful, and snarky to homeowners. Slow response. The HOA was going through litigation with the builder and the resolution has been a ton of construction work that is being horribly managed. We are in constant state of noise, workers dumping garbage and food leftovers everywhere, sometimes we get zero notices of the work that will be done, even work that is significantly disruptive. It's a nightmare to live here and as soon as the work is done we are considering selling.

Utter lack of transparency, follow through, and professionalism. If you want an HOA manager to waste your homeowner's time and money, this organization will accomplish that.

Worst of the worst management service ever! They left us without hot water for a week. Very regretful to live in a place managed by them.

CJMASI was busy sitting on almost 4000$ of my funds which I paid by mistake. When I asked them to investigate, the reply was not germane to my ask. Instead "Let me know if I can help you with anything else". I let that slide by.It is 3 weeks now, since they sent me a refund. They are not providing me with status updates. Their arrogance is unbelievable. They do not check their emails on Fridays and weekends. How difficult is it to deal with urgent issues (which takes few seconds to resolve) by checking their email on their phone? The HoA BOD member was supposed to sign off on the reimbursement request. Something which should take 5 seconds. CJM can't even influence the HoA BOD member to do this simple ask. I am spending hours just following up with these indifferent folks. Such utter insouciance! Can't believe these people are in the Customer Service Business. I am glad my HoA showed them the door out. We have a new HoA company. Phew!

I am one of the original home owners for Benicia Highlands since 2007. I had a horrible experience with CJM over the Christmas holiday 2021 regarding their vendors for a broken water heater through AT Mechanical. AT Mechanical ignored the request from my tenant to fix the heater, during the cold of winter none the less, for THREE WEEKS. The HOA did not assist, I hired another vendor who fixed the issue in 24 hours. The president was not helpful at all, very check the box exercise for my request to do the right thing to request a rent credit evaluation for my tenant. May 4th is when they provided that feedback and decision, what a joke! There needs to be better regulation for this HOA, we pay almost $500/month for a pool and crap support as home owners.
