Mixed experience. Two sales associates were helping us that day. One woman was very kind, pleasant and knowledgeable on store policies. The other was less than helpful and not very polite. The latter tried to issue us store credit for an item purchased with a gift card even though that is no longer something Cotton On does. They do have cute items though.

This store is NEVER open during the posted business hours. It's really annoying to make a trip to the mall to return something and not be able to predict if/when the store will actually be open. It's a huge bummer because they have decent clothes.

Literally always closed 1-2 hours before posted closing times. No fitting rooms available. Super annoying to drive out to Pleasanton just to be turned away from a store that's closed too early. This is the closest location to me and it's always a different issue each time. I love cotton on clothing & I will continue to shop with cotton on, but they've got to be more on top of it with posting proper times with this location. There is no visible open/closing times even listed at the front of the store. I had to drive 30 mins in traffic to get here for an exchange because I wasn't able to try on the clothing in store.

This is the first time I've been in the store although my wife has been buying their clothing for a while. The staff was very friendly and helpful the clothing all looked well made and well priced, if you're looking for cheap t.j. Maxx garbage I think you know where you can get it. I don't understand some of the other comments that people have made I had a wonderful time in the store and I will be back and buy more items. I got a really comfy hat and some super comfy pants this place is definitely a great addition. The cashier who run the app had very fun hair and was very helpful. This definitely has a millennial and younger feel to it.

Cotton on website says to go to nearest store to resolve faulty order but Store people are not even botherd to look at your order and no help offered or could not even give a customer care number. Don't buy anything from these peoples, They least worry about customers.

My wife has tried to return something here for a while now, but any time she comes to this location when the mall opens they are always closed. By now, it is probably too late for a return although she has made countless attempts to get it done on time. We are starting to wonder if it is still in business? It seems to be the only store that doesn't open at the same time as the rest of the stores in the mall. Just a little frustrating that their hours on Stoneridge Mall's website, google, and maps all say they open at 11am which I can confirm is incorrect. Looks like yelp says it opens at 10am which is also far from correct. They likely open at 12pm or later if they are still around. Please fix your store hours because as a customer it is frustrating to drive many miles out of our way only to find out the store isn't open after all...

This store has the most clean and full looking layout I've seen out of a numbers of cotton ons I've seen in my day. The store manager Danielle genuinely works he a** off for her store everyday! The energy and friendly conversation you find here is something that sets this store apart from other retailers and by far one of my favorite stores I've seen across across Cali

Item was on sale rack labeled $5 along with a bunch of the same shirts. Cashier said it was $7 -- I I told him that they had a bunch of shirts there. Didn't abide by what was advertised. Hence 2 stars. Would've given 1 but I returned an item here and the girl that helped me was really nice so this extra star is just for her!

Omg I went to this cotten on to try on jeans right and the stupid worker doesn't knock on my dressing room door and unlocks it for another customer and I'm half naked and she just stands there and laughs. I said out loud so she can hear when she was opening my door "exuce me someone is in here" and yet she opened it anyway. embarrassed me and she made me feel bad cause she laughed at me and keeper the door open for all the workers and customer to see. Never coming here ever again!!!!

This review is for the cashier, Janae. I wanted to try on clothes and instead of putting me in a fitting room, I was told to go to the other side. She could've been a little more polite about it but instead she said it with an attitude. I took the liberty of picking a fitting room because there was one open and I took the product that was in the room out. Janae asked if these were items and I told her they were not. As I go to check out, she says absolutely nothing to me. Nothing. I had a coupon and she told me that I needed to use my Cotton On card in order to use the coupon. The cashier who told me to sign up with their rewards program mentioned nothing about a card, she just told me I had to sign up and I could use it next purchase. Janae continued to give me attitude and handed me my bag without a word. Funny how she greeted others and asked if they found everything okay.
