Super impressedCarole went over and above to help me with my plaque. All other stores in the area turned me down. So 20/10 for service.The product was extremely well done too, in a matter of hours. 10/10 on their styling and product quality. I got what was on the web site.I will only go to Crown Trophy in future. And highly recommend to friends.

I love Crown Trophy!! They hooked me up for an event I had and wanted a fun customized trophy for. I worked with Jeremy and Katy and they were so helpful and nice. It was an easy process to put in an order and it was done quickly. Will definitely be coming back for all of my customization needs!!

Great place for all your trophy needs! My son's tkd demo team had a trophy that needed a plaque added on and engraved. Carol was friendly and wonderful to work with. She gave some suggestions and the end result was perfect! Good price too!!

If you're a team mom or a coach of a team this is the best place to buy trophies. Jeremy has helped us make sure our orders are accurate and on time and good quality. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for trophies or other promotional gifts!

Made a custom award for a co worker and they did a great job. There was a hiccup on the shipping (not stores fault) and they even drove 30 miles to hand deliver it to me at no extra cost to make sure I got it on time. Would definitely recommend using them, Carol did a great job throughout the whole process.

I needed some trophies fast for a charity golf tournament I was hosting. I didn't have very much time and I was so happy that these guys got my trophies ready just in time! Oh Wow!!!! I was recommended to come here by my friend and was he ever right!! I'm having a major emotional day because I ordered a plaque for my mom's piano that was delivered to a restaurant just yesterday. My mom passed away in February and was a great pianist. I play at this major restaurant tonight. I called Crown Trophies today to see if by chance the plaque was ready early and this wonderful, gracious engraver, Carol was so understanding, she offered to do it today!!! I can't believe the incredible service in such a great, clean shop!!! It's people that make a business terrific, isn't it!?! And... it's next door to a grocery store. How convenient is that!?!

Jeremy and Crown Trophy went above and beyond for my rush engraving. I ordered a lovely solid walnut wood Challenge Coin holder for my S.O. which had space for an engraved plaque. Unfortunately I didn't receive it until the day I wanted to give it to him. When I called Crown Trophy to inquire about the possibility of a same day engraving, I was initially told it wouldn't be possible. I decided I still wanted the plaque even if it was delayed, so I decided to take the holder over to Crown to order one for a later date. Once there, I discussed the plaque with Jeremy who agreed it could be accomplished as a rush order. The plaque was custom cut, engraved and mounted in a matter of hours for a very reasonable fee. It looks great and the gift was greatly appreciated by its recipient. Thank you Jeremy!
