For well over a year now, CVS has failed to stock Caltrate minis or the store generic. They often have a promotion of “buy one get one 50% off” yet never have the item or only have one bottle, making the promo useless. After responding to many after sale surveys, CVS has yet to do anything about it, which makes me think they are not reading survey results. So guess what CVS? Amazon is getting my business.

It's an immaculate store and conveniently located. Ample Parking and the Pharmacy are nice as well.

I have known the clerk for at least 16 years. She is a jem. Always ready to help me with finding items and willing to go above and beyond. I always try to buy pharmaceutical items from my local store. Discovery Bay employees go above and beyond always.

I needed a medical device recommended by my doctor. I went online and CVS Pharmacy offered one day delivery so I ordered the device online. The next day I get an email saying that my order was cancelled (no explanation was given) and that my money would be refunded. That same day some of the money was refunded. I called the CVS help line four times over the next two weeks and each time I was assured that the rest of the money would be refunded. Of course, it was not. Not only are the people of CVS thieves, they are also liars. You have been warned. Do not do business with this dishonest company.

Dear CVS Manager, when you change to hours for the pharmacy from 6 to 5:00 on Sundays, please be professional enough to change the posted hours on the front of the store.

The manager here is amazing. I needed to print out a booklet for one of my college classes. The printer unfortunately had a paper jam. His patience and kindness went a long way. Even though I couldn’t get all the pages printed, his effort and customer service was amazing.

As a transgender person, I've had good experiences getting my HRT here. It's so much easier than at the Santa Rita Walgreens where they lie about having called my doctor. They treat me like an actual human at this CVS.

I see a ton of bad reviews for the pharmacy but I wanted to counter-react some of those with my great experience(s).Every time I've been helped the ladies at the desk have been so kind it makes my whole day brighter. I was in the other day and Sohaila and Lucia were absolute angels. I've never seen people act so professional when handling angry people. I officially switched my pharmacy to this one because they are always in stock and sweet. I hope you give them a chance! The manager of the store is a real gentleman too, maybe they got new people since the bad reviews.

Now I know why this store has only a 2.5 star rating - I'll NEVER call or use this CVS - to the jerk guy in the pharmacy who answered the phone, maybe you should find another job where you DON'T interact with people because you were extremely rude to me - you just cost this store a customer - and I will tell everyone I know NOT to use your store - your customer service skills suck.

Pharmacy closes for lunch supposed to open back at 2pm. It is now 2:25pm 5 people in line b4 me and we are waiting for it to open.
