I've given the CVS way too many chances. Don't bother getting your prescriptions here, difficult to communicate with and slow to refill. Twice now in the past 6 months the clerk has watched me go through the whole printing process just to tell me at check out (after waiting in yet another line) that the printers not in function. Can't use self-checkout because someone 's previously ditched their purchase. I don't even know why they're still in business at this location.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this pharmacy due to the unprofessional behavior of pharmacist Sanjay and staff member Laurie. I was not only treated with disrespect, but Sanjay even went as far as threatening me. Laurie, on the other hand, displayed consistent rudeness, inconsideration, and a lack of professionalism. It's disheartening to see that other reviews also indicate similar concerns. I am left with no choice but to file a formal complaint against Sanjay and Laurie. This level of behavior is unacceptable, and I hope that the necessary actions are taken to address these serious issues promptly. This pharmacy needs to undergo an audit asap.

"I had an extremely disappointing experience at CVS Pharmacy recently, which unfortunately necessitated this review. I visited the pharmacy to pick up a prescription and was assisted by a young lady whose behavior was less than professional and courteous. Instead of providing the help and guidance expected in such a setting, her demeanor was dismissive and lacked the basic courtesy one would anticipate when dealing with health-related matters. Expecting a resolution or at least some understanding, I brought this to the attention of the pharmacy manager. To my dismay, the manager's response was far from satisfactory. Instead of addressing the issue, the behavior was essentially condoned, leaving me feeling belittled and disrespected. Customer service, especially in healthcare, should be approached with empathy, professionalism, and respect. Unfortunately, my experience fell significantly short of these standards. It's disheartening to see such an attitude in a place many rely on for healthcare needs. I hope this feedback serves as a constructive critique, emphasizing the need for improved customer service training and accountability at CVS Pharmacy."

Worst experience ever. This review is for the minute clinic. I had an appointment at the clinic for a minor cut, which they advertised treating. Despite this, the provider at CVS MinuteClinic in Pleasanton refused to help or offer any advice. He claimed to have seen my appointment but never contacted or notified me, even though it was over 14 hours since I made the appointment! (I had to drive 40mins to there! He should not refuse to see patients for nonsense reason! This lack of professionalism and empathy is unacceptable. I want to leave this review report and hopefully, it doesn't happen to others who have the same situation. I would give a negative score if possible.

Yasser, manager was very helpful in teaching how to navigate the app. Good location for this CVS near Trader Joe's, clean and always enough parking.

My appt with the minute clinic for travel vaccination was supposed to be 9:10am... been waiting, then the nurse practitioner came around 9:25am... I was patiently waiting... Then she did a lot of questions regarding my medications, current & the past, my history, where I'm going to travel to... etc... which is ok she did thorough questions before the vaccine... it took about 45-50 mins for all this. Then, she asked me to pick up my oral vaccine at the pharmacy... she said should be ready for pick up. Btw, the nurse at the minute clinic, her name is Andrea Polo. When I got to the pharmacy, the lady who works at the pharmacy said that they don't have the order, and the oral vaccine is not ready for pick up... So I went back to Andrea, and asked, she said she was with the patient, she asked me to wait.... Then I waited for 15mins, then I asked the pharmacy again... this time, the lady at the pharmacy was pretty rude .... she is asian about 30s, long black hair, and kinda heavy set... she was rude for telling me that she didn't have the order & ask me to wait again, without telling me how long to wait... & what she is gonna do with it. Just to let you know, I got my oral vaccine around 10:45am.... so I've been there since 9:10am... & got out CVS around 10:45am, just to get travel vaccination... Unbelieveable!

My go to location for all my vaccinations. Nice pharmacy to sit in my neighborhood.Update: Do avoid their photo printing service. Pure white background turned out to be rainbows… And worst of all, the photo wasn’t auto fitted to the size (4x6), though it is strictly 2:3. Go to the other pharmacy; you know who I’m talking about.

Sooo I don't shop at CVS but I use their Pharmacy because of the drive thru option and also TJ's is in the same parking lot... convenience. I live in the opposite end of dublin but still come to this pharmacy. Not sure what all the 1-2 star reviews are about but I've never had an issue here. I try not to hit the drive thru during evening hours cuz of course it's going to be busy and a bit of a wait. The few times I have waited wasn't an issue.. scroll on TikTok or IG or make my TJ's list and before I knew it, I was at the window. Service is fast and efficient, staff is friendly. There's been a few times when the drive thru was closed or out of service and I had to go in but even then service was never an issue, and the times I had to wait, it was never long. Staff seems pretty knowledgeable especially applying manufacturer saving cards or good rx deals. Very important info guys... lol. I work in Pharmacy (not retail, inpatient) and know the ins and outs of pharmacy services and can say this is my main spot for those needs.

I've had success with vaccine clinic and face-to-face dealings with pharmacy employees at this location. My problem is that the pharmacy techs who answer phone calls seem to have a lot of trouble reading their computer screens to figure out what's going on. I had a prescription that was back-ordered from the manufacturer last month. They told me 3 times "it'll be here tomorrow" and it never came in. On the 4th call (after over a week of delays and me being a week overdue on taking the medication), a different tech on the phone told me there was an insurance hold up and I needed a prior authorization from my Dr.'s office. This was totally wrong as there was already a prior-authorization on file that hadn't expired. CVS sent my doctor's office on a wild goose chase - multiple phone calls to my insurance company only to find out the product was back-ordered. Back to square one. 5th call to pharmacy yielded them sourcing it to a Livermore CVS because that store had stock. They should've done that on Day One instead of telling me it was an insurance issue when it wasn't. Went to fill this same prescription yesterday and I was told it had no refills. Logged on to CVS Caremark today and saw there was indeed one refill left. So, again, wrong information from the tech on the phone. Maybe I had an old Rx number? But all she had to do was look under my name and find the current Rx number and fill it. The phone techs need better training and better customer service skills at this location.

A+. The entire team here is top-notch. The pharmacy professionals went above and beyond to resolve an issue that they did not create. But they helped me anyway and got me out the door. I cannot thank you enough for treating me like a real person. I won’t forget it. Thank you!

PHARMACY STAFF: Extremely rude and disrespectful. Everyone has a bad day here and there but I've been several times and several of the pharmacy staff are extremely rude, so seems to be a trend. When asked why they are so upset, they say that's just how they are! Maybe you should get into a different line of work. Dealing with the public is not for everyone. I'll take my business elsewhere.
