Jay was incredibly helpful with my Amazon gift card purchase for my nephew. I waited until the last minute to buy the gift, but Jay simplified the process. He even assisted me in taping the gift receipt to the gift card so I could place it in the Birthday card and head straight to our family gathering. Thank you, Jay!
