This has not been a good experience. But, I am not surprised. I had a full check in my car three weeks ago. All good. Two weeks after my brake fluid light goes on. I called and it was not checked, Service Manager promised to call back, never happened. BMW calls a week later to let me know my brake fluid is low, I explain the situation, Service Manager promised to call me back, no call. I called and set up my own appointment. Service Tech says that they were probably waiting for my warranty to set in to deal with my brake fluid. So, BMW knows I have a problem during the inspection but doesn't tell me because of a warranty issue!!!!! This is so fraudulent and suspect of this service department!!! I need names of people much higher than the Service Managers at this site. I look forward to hearing from you. But, I am sure this will not go anywhere

10 ⭐️ For Mike Sutton and Bobby Padilla at BMW Pleasanton!! I am a Hospice Chaplain and spend a lot of my day in my car driving to see patients. It is an exhausting and emotional job that requires a lot of driving. Three years ago I leased a BMW X3 from Mike when he was in sales (he’s now a finance manager) and he was fantastic! When it was time to turn in that car i went to a BMW near my home in Emeryville and i was treated so poorly that i left in tears. I called Mike Sutton in a panic and he offered to help. Mike brought in Bobby Padilla and they introduced me to the perfect car for me! They treated me with such respect and professionalism that I can’t imagine going anywhere else Ever! Bobby explained the advantages of leasing an electric car. I had never even considered this before. He went over every detail of my new car and was warm, professional, and communicative. Mike was so encouraging and he explained the financing and all the rebates available and made my budget work! They are a dream team!!!! I LOVE my new BMW i4! Thank you Mike and Bobby for taking such good care of me!

Consistently the service delivery at East Bay BMW Service Center is disappointing and frustrating. My car was at the dealership for a week (replacing the dealership applied window tint that bubbled in 3 months) and was not ready at the agreed upon pick up day/time. When I did arrive to pick up my car it was not washed and had a low battery charge. The receptionist was very nice and apologetic for the circumstances. I understand on the day of pick up they were very short staffed, however if this had a been a one off incident I would understand and not be frustrated. Unfortunately this disappointing service is not the first or even second occurrence.

So hard to actually connect with robotic service advisor. Felt like he was going off a script the whole tiime I was interacting with him. Service was very slow The service manager was able to provide insight once I finally got a hold of him.When I got home with the car there was a massive, deep scratch on the driver side rear door that was not there when I left it. The car had JUST been buffed out the day before so definitely not there. Still waiting for someone to respond 2 days later. I will avoid East Bay BMW service at all costs going forward

We stayed in contact before I purchased the car answering all of my questions even on his day off. Had booked an appointment for a gas tank flap replacement via warranty two weeks ago. Driving an hour from Fremont, I Reached on time. I got redirected to parts. Parts dept then redirects me back to service. Then after just standing there for 20 mins, someone shows up and says they can check me in and I'll have to wait for 40 mins more before they can even look into anything.With a toddler in the backseat, I ask if I can checkin and return 40 mins later. Nope, they need the keys. I ask if they can make an exception. Nope it's the rule. Can I talk to the manager? I drove an hour with a child for this appointment. Nope he's not available. I said I'll just leave a review if I can't talk to the manager. He said ok.I now regret even having bought the bmw from this place two years, that's now so rude to customers. Guess the reason is because the service ask was small and there's not much money to be made.

My family has been coming here since 2017. We've had 4 different cars and recently bought a new one with them. The service has always been nothing but exceptional, especially most recently with Shadd Williams who helped us throughout the entire day choosing between so many different SUVs. The price and service were amazing and ended up buying the car with them. This place is unique, energetic, magical, for anyone who needs services, buy new car or anything else related to luxury cars. I recommend this place Thank you Shadd and thank you BMW !

Purchased a iX during the weekend with assistance by Kyle from East Bay BMW. After having bought multiple BMW from the same dealer through out years, and although in general had good experience; I have to say with Kyle this time it was quite different in positive way.Kyle was fast to understand the ask and provide matching details from pricing to the specific of the car. And went beyond to satisfy every single detail and nothing left out that would cause any inconvenience with the new car. He lived up to the level of brand’s experience published. As last detail, during the process, it was surprising to see him passionated and hard effort to deliver the best. Kudos to Kyle and East Bay BMW by having him and as always focused to the best for customers. Cheers!

We came to East Bay BMW for our 1st electric car purchase. James Ylagan walked us through the EV car operation and the whole purchasing process. With his assistance, we were able to lease a new EV car at a good deal. After the car delivery, he helped us set up the individual driver profiles and gave detailed tutorial on the car's features and functions. He was very friendly, detail, knowledgeable, and professional. Great to do business with him. Highly recommend East Bay BMW and James as the new car Sales dealer.

I came looking for my new ride and team handled it pretty nicely and with warmth. Whole East Bay BMW team was so nice and helped to make purchase experience pretty smooth Salesman Sam was very helpful and patience. Overall a very 5 star customer service. Highly recommend!
