love this place its easy and cheap to get copies print stuff I even bought a thumb drive that plugs directly into my phone for $10 and then I plugged the thumb drive into the giant copy machine to print the files that I copied from my phone onto the thumb drive. nice friendly helpful staff. usually busy lots of happy customers.

If this was the last FedEx on the planet, I’d go to UPS. Literally the least helpful place. The people are not knowledgeable and it seems like every time I come here to give them a chance I leave more frustrated than necessary for shipping/printing needs. Go to San Ramon or Livermore. It’s worth the drive.

I recently worked with Fed Ex Office- Pleasanton, to fulfill a large order of foam board signs for work. I had no idea what I was doing and ended up speaking with this location several times to ask questions. Every time I called, everyone was super professional, helpful and reassuring! Special shoutout to the manager, Ricky, who even helped me figure out formatting needs!!! Thank You, Fed Ex Office- Pleasanton!!

Don’t know why they changed the delivery time. With in one day they changed it to three times. Very poor customer service. Not recommended.

This is more a review of FedEx's company policy and less the employees of the store. You need an account to use their services but they don't let you create an account, so no point in visiting. Good thing UPS was able to help.

Don’t ship anything international from this location. Agents won’t bother to type in the details of your package, therefore causing delays and piles of paperwork when your package gets stuck at customs. The UPS store is so much better than this and always good at filling out the forms correctly. I REGRET not using UPS this one time to send my Xmas gifts to my Canada family. Such an unnecessary pain to deal with.
