God knows how these guys are surviving with such a poor customer care. Never seen my life with such a bad customer service. They send a guy after repeated calling and this guy will com look charges rocket sceintist's diagnosis fees and then they vanish saying that they would send estimate of the repair.

Delayed responses. Staff unprofessional. Came out more than three times and my griddle was still not fixed.
