Hendricks Lexus Pleasanton has the best Service Advisor, Gary Chan, and service technicians. Each time my vehicle is in need of maintenance, it’s a pleasure to take it in where you’re treated like royalty. If there’s a wait time, you constantly advised as to the status of your vehicle and how much longer it will take. Then your provided with a video of the technician going over your vehicle.I have always felt that my vehicle is in the best of hands.

My first complimentary service experience of Rx350 was great. Nick was great in assisting me through the process and ensured I was comfortable. They even shared status updates via email regarding the service by capturing on-the-job video. It was a pleasant first experience. I will definitely go here again for my upcoming services.

I have been buying cars for a long time and the experience I had was unbelievably outstanding. Jimmy "my make it happen" sales guy is the best, and I have been in sales for over 30 years. He listened to my needs, repeated them, then out did my expectations by far. The entire process initially was over the phone and when the deal was done, he personally delivered the car to my home In Foster City, we did all the paper work, He waas as delightful in person as he was on phone, professional, knowledgeable, and detail oriented. Thanks, Go Jimmy, go Lexus of Pleasanton. YOU ARE SIMPLY THE BEST!!!

Wow, where do I start. Im finally part of the Lexus family. ? I purchased my new 2024 Lexus ES 350 on Monday, October 30th at Lexus of Pleasanton . The sales representative, Ms. Shadya Guyton was very professional, amazing, caring, customer service oriented, and knowledgeable. Ms. Guyton took me under her wings and guided me through the entire process of assisting me purchasing my second new car within 43 years. I was really impress with Ms. Guyton professionalism she was so hospitable, well mannered , warm, nurturing , caring and was really attentive to my needs.In addition, Ms. Guyton’s managers were nice too, Mr. Austin Johnson and Mr. Michael Diep. They all work well together as a team. Kudos to the Lexus Team of Pleasanton! Thanks again Lexus Family . I’m one happy Camper!! ?

Drew, the service advisor, was very thorough in explaining to me what was inspected and what their findings were, which confirmed my suspicious about my brakes, especially, and about the overall condition of my car. I like the "invoice" given to me that broke everything down. Very professional. Made me grateful that I chose to purchase a Lexus, even though it is an older car.

I get to Lexus a little before 12 to check out some cars I was looking around and not long after here comes Joseph Minster. To be honest I was just looking and not planning to buy but this guy made all the experience that much better and had no choice ! Customer service was hands down the best I’ve had. Got me into an older Gs for my commuting needs. Will definitely be back !

Superb experience. This was my first time getting my car serviced. My service advisor was Jason Vaughan. He was very methodical and friendly. 5 star to this advisor! The team in this service center also sent me videos of the status of my car while I was waiting at the lounge area. Highly highly recommend coming to get your Lexus serviced.

Waited a couple weeks to post this. Comments on both the service and purchase. Arguably, my expectations are higher for a luxury brand.Service department needs to work on their "service". Multiple issues from my first service appt.- made an appt for 1pm, which is apparently their lunch time So the Service team was not ready / not available. I like lunch as much as the next guy, but if you're not available, don't schedule an appt at that time. I block off lunch on my work calendar - it's an easy trick.- they were 30 mins late and was basically told this is how they run. Umm, no - in the real world with grown ups, businesses make appts and show up. Even Toyota and Ford can keep an appt, so Lexus should figure it out.- and try apologizing when you're late. That's common courtesy instead of making up excuses.- the Appt schedulers and Service team are apparently separate, and Appts didn't pass along the original request in full. So the Service team wasn't ready. After waiting 30 mins on a wasted trip, basically had to reschedule to next week. (Btw - this excuse doesn't matter to me, both Appt and Service are on the Lexus team, so Lexus can figure it out.)Couple stand outs on the purchase - and all surprising for a "luxury" brand.- bought the car in Dec 2022, and the second key only just became available in Aug 2023. - cars no longer come with spares, emergency kits, or other old timey basics - like a jack and lug wrench.- the cars have tech features that both the Sales and Service team are in training for. Don't bother asking - just figure it out yourself.If I thought it would help, I would have gone to a manager. But the issues are blatant and seem to stem from their work culture. So it's buyer beware.

My Lexus service rep Jason Vaughn, was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient as usual. I always feel confident that he is looking out for the safety of me and my car. I also received a video sent by technician Kenny Schultz as he was working on my car, measuring my tire treads and break pads, and informing me that my car was in overall good condition. I very much appreciated that. My sincere thanks to both of them. Always a good experience when I have my car serviced at Lexus in Pleasanton.
