This lulu feels a bit messy compared to other ones and the set up feels less editorial if that makes sense. The fitting room area is usually chaotic imo and the staff is okay.

So glad we have a Lululemon storefront right here in Pleasanton. When you invest in a pair of leggings (or anything lululemon really) you want to make sure you get it right. That can be hard to do online unless you know exactly what you're looking for. This storefront is always neat and tidy, and well stocked. They seem to keep themselves well staffed so you can easily have your questions answered. Try on your leggings before you buy, and then endlessly enjoy the comfiest and best quality leggings you may ever own. (:

I went to Pleasanton store after a horrible experience at Walnut Creek store. First, Alisa, store manager, was so helpful and nice over the phone yesterday which helped me make a decision to pick up some online order at her store. I was provided excellent shopping experience-- granted I arrived 1 hour prior to closing. And I've worked in retail before so I know how crazy it gets during that final hour before closing. I picked up an online order and returned a marked down item for a store credit. She gladly put the $ in a store card.I shopped for bras. Three people helped me, including the fitting room staff.Checking out, I was helped by someone super nice and patient as I look for my e-gift card barcode in my email inbox. I have no negative comments whatsoever. It was an excellent shopping experience and will gladly drive additional 20 minutes to go here instead of Walnut Creek.

Not at Stoneridge Mall. Not helpful at all totally blow me off when I ask to patch a hole . Because according to the website and others they do repairs free. They said only on the seems if there busted. Really I think they pick and choice there client's just saying, you can totally sense that. But whatever I will never set foot in Lululemon Stoneridge Mall. Good luck ! Really they don't even deserve stars not there merchandise but the sales associates.

The least pretentious Lululemon you'll ever walk in to. There was a vest I couldn't find in my size and the salesperson helping me was sweet enough to let me try on the one she was wearing to see if I liked the fit. Most places offer complimentary hemming on tops and bottoms but this location has the fastest turnaround time in my experience.

My husband loves their man gear. They sell cites bags the kids love for lunches. They have the cutest workout stuff, but they have jackets that match it and they have really good stuff that makes your butt look good

We had an issue with the quality of the product we purchased, so we went in to see what the reps could do. Rather than being understanding like at other locations they were very rude and accused us of lying. Poor customer support. Will not be buying from here again.

Been to many lululemon locations across the states. This one had the worst customer service experience out of any of them. Generally rude and won’t be going back.

Most of the items in the store are overpriced. I don’t suggest going here unless you’re looking to spend a hundred dollars on a jacket. I personally haven’t had a bad encounter with the staff, but they’re not particularly nice or helpful either.

This review is specifically for Stefania and the staff at the stone ridge location from 9/14/22. Around 7:30pm I went into the store and was greeted by a very friendly employee who talked to me about different fabrics of leggings and sports bras etc. and helped me with a fitting room. I tried on several pieces and she helped me pick what fit me best and I ended up purchasing a pair of leggings and a sports bra that I am in love with! Fast forward to around 10pm getting back to my home (over an hour drive away from Pleasanton and the store had long since closed for the evening) I noticed that I was missing a very sentimental ring that I had worn out shopping that day and remembered that I had removed it in the fitting room to avoid snagging the fabric of the clothes I was trying on... and left it there. I called and left a voicemail at the store's phone number thinking that I would probably never see my special ring again. About an hour later I received a phone call from Stefania at the store telling me that she had found my ring safe and sound! AND she told me that she would express ship it to me for free since I lived far away. Lululemon has never lacked in quality clothing or customer service over the years I have been shopping here. That is why I continue to give them my business and feel it is worth the price tag. I am just so happy to be getting my ring back. Thank you so much for going above and beyond, I appreciate you!! To management, Hello. I came to the store on Sunday September 4th, 2022. Out of all the experiences and stores I've been too, this has been the worse experience. I have always held lululemon to high standards and today, a lululemon worker gave me the worse customer service I've had with the company. The person helping me was Tanya (blonde hair); I had two items with me and before I can get to the second one I was cut short on suggestions. I came in to see if there was anything to be done about my BRAND new shorts that I tried on (a gift) that had a hole. I started with explaining the situation and before I can finish I was answered with, "no there's nothing we can do about it" as well as a "you can sew it yourself". Instead of providing me with a explanation of policies or letting me finish, I was cut short. It was obnoxious and rude. I was hesitant and decided to not even bother with my second pair that I had questions about. I have always been greeted and spoken to in a respectable manner and this was the utmost unprofessional and rudest. I wanted to also purchase items but after experiencing this, I refused to give a store with this kind of customer service anymore sales. I would not recommend this more nor would I come back.

Incredibly rude cashier yelling at her customer, simply because she can't hear or understand the customer's mumbles? Maybe the customer wasn't talking to her. SMH For a store that sells over $100 for a pair leggings, they can't afford to train cashier to treat people with respect?
