Store has a great selection and even better service. The girl in the Melanie Martinez shirt is awesome. She was very approachable, helpful, and friendly. She gave us a free sample with our purchase too. I will be back to this store!

Uroosa made my first experience amazing. Very professional, informative and knowledgeable about the products I was inquiring about. She was also very kind. I’d come back just to see her! Products smell amazing as well!

Uroosa and z were amazing they walked us around the store and showed us everything and explained everything to us! They recommended us products based on our skin needs and helped us find a BUNCH of stuff. I will absolutely be back to ask for their expertise and to restock on the items I bought already.

I went here with my room mate for the first time yesterday and the muslim girl (I forgot her name!) Was so welcoming and helped us find things we like since we had never been there :) I got to try new things (like the scrubbee), and it was such a good experience!! Thank you nice muslim girl!!

This has been my go-to Lush since i worked in this mall 12 years ago! Today I had the pleasure of meeting Kayla, who seemed to be opening by herself. She was super sweet, patient, and sensible. Customer service is always icing on the cake for me :)

If I could give the place one star I would. Every single time I go in there, there are always store associates up in my business trying to get me into a conversation or making me try products that I don’t want to buy. I’m always so overstimulated and nervous when I go in. I’m introverted so having to answer questions to people I’ve never met before is extremely intimidating. I just want to shop in peace. Today I asked if they had a moisturizing product in back stock. The shelf was left empty but you know sometimes re stocking can fall behind especially if there was a rush. I get it. But when I asked the store associate (who was on her phone doing nothing) she rolled her eyes at me, huffed, and said sure ma’am in a really condescending way. She also never came out of the back room. And ma’am was a little much I really didn't appreciate being called that. All I asked for was moisturizer. Lush used to be the it store and going there now has become retail hell. I literally hate going in person to places like this now because of these types of employees that 1. Cant read the room and 2. Are just unbelievably rude with such an attitude! Girl all I asked for was if you had more moisturizer. I don’t know who is hiring these employees. My advice for the hiring manager or whoever, is for them to do better or hire competent people and people with manners. Or etiquette at least.
Also the music in the store is unnecessarily loud.

Amelio & Katia went above and beyond to educate and show us all the new products. They showed us the new items as well as making us feel supper confident in our choices. They gave us a little the sample To go 5 stars all the way around they are THE BESTTTTTTTTTTTTTT

A little pricey but I understand they have to pay rent for the shop and being inside the mall customer service is great employees were all friendly
