Morgenroth Development is top notch for quality work, response time and pricing. We needed to remodel our bathroom/closet area. The pictures will speak for themselves. But the most important thing when you are working with a Contractor is trust and communication and a promise on work. Our remodel was finished in September 2019. After the recent rains in March 2020, we discovered that there was a leak in an air vent that went out the roof on a Saturday night. We put a tarp on the roof and Sunday morning texted Jim. Jim responded and gave us a few more pointers on the tarp covering to last through Monday and promised to fix it and would have his crew out on Monday. It's now Monday and Fernando and Alejandro have already fixed the leak, capped another vent and running a dehumidifier. I am so grateful for Jim and his crew. Throughout this process Jim was also flexible on his bid-- letting my husband and I do work that we could do to save costs- like demolition and painting.

A first class contractor right here in Pleasanton. He built us a high quality deck, fire pit and several other projects in the last two years. We were impressed with Jim, Alex and their very capable crew right from the start and their results have been consistently of the highest caliber. The work crew demonstrates a high level of skill, customer service orientation and problem solving ability. We specifically appreciated that Jim was very concerned about understanding our needs, was easy to work with, was reliable and responsive.. We will continue to work with him and would strongly recommend him to others.

Jim and his crew are a rare find. His level of professionalism, attention to detail and integrity was evident during the construction of our addition and remains so eight years later. Very pleased to have found Jim for our project and recommend him highly.
