I brought my BMW 528i in for oil change service. I asked if they changed oil on BMW, for the price and I was given an approximate price. As they were servicing my car, I was asked 2 or 3 times I needed the system reset. I responded yes. When the service was complete, I was asked for my credit card but not informed how much would be charged to my card. I asked and the response was very unprofessional and nasty. The response was that “I had been informed before service how much it would cost”. Prior to service, I was given an approximate amount but not a definite amount. Again I was asked if I wanted my service light reset and I replied yes. Another worker came over because the tensions were bad and I explained I had a right to know how much was actually charged to my credit card. I told him I did like the rudeness and talking at me that the other salesman displayed. The last person I was speaking to, apologized and gave me a rose. Two days later when I pulled out the driveway, I saw oil on the garage floor. I went to Oil Changers and I was told the plug was leaking. Another plug was installed, my oil level was checked and the oil level was ok. The man also told me he would come to my home to get the oil up and I provided him my address. As of today, no one came to get the oil up.Oil continues to drip out of my car. I paid a little over $100 for the oil service. I had to buy supplies to put down in the garage to soak up oil and wasted my time with Oil Changers.I called Corporate customer service but no one was available to speak to me. I did leave a message.I returned to Oil Changers and showed the pictures of the oil in my garage.I must give credit where credit is due because the attitude of the assistant manager and others was totally different the second and third time I visited Oil Changers. When I returned to Oil Changers to resolve the leak issues, Oil Changers did not hesitate to assist me with a friendly attitude. Oil Changers were patient, listened to me, answered my questions, and discussed with me reasons for the plug not keeping the oil in. They also topped off the oil. Hopefully my leak issues are in resolved. Providing excellent professional customer service is the key to keeping business.Note the first picture below was the day after my oil service. The second and third pictures were recently taken.

My father took his truck to PALO alto location on San Antonio road back in early October for an oil change, upon leaving he noticed his engine pressure signal light showing up. When he took his truck back to the location that changed his oil ON THE SAME DAY the owner there checked his oil and said everything was fine on their end but that something was wrong with the signal sensors and needed to be checked out with a mechanic. Fast fwd two days after when my dad took his car to the local wheel works to see if it was indeed a sensor issue and was charged $360 for repairing the “filter housings” that the oil changer tech broke and did not replace!!! After talking with the owner again he promised he placed paperwork with corporate office and that we should be receiving a check. I then had to email corporate on October 20 as nothing was being done. I then get a response from someone named MICHAEL NISA who called me a week November 3rd asking me to RE EMAIL my original email again (TOTAL JOKE) and that he was working on getting payment. He then calls me back to tell me they had sent us a check but that they put the wrong address on it not once but TWICE and that I should wait for a new check being sent! I was adamant about getting payment that same day as it was non of my fault, this MICHAEL NISA character continues to tell me “he’s trying to help me the best he can” and I should be thankful. Then when I threaten to take them to small claims court he says to have a nice day he won’t be threatened LOL where do you hire these jokesters OUL CHANGERS do better!!!! And yes I am taking them to court as well as reporting this establishment to BBB!

Had an oil change in Washington state. The technician did not put the oil filter back on tightly. Engine light came on and started knocking. Contacted the oil changers we went to and got in touch with a regional manager named Terrance. He challenged Hyundai diagnosis and made us transport the car to a second location for a second opinion. This is after he paid for an oil change at Hyundai and said “that should fix it and it sounds fine now”. It did not sound fine and the second opinion confirmed through in-depth engine testing that the engine needed replaced. Terrence ghosted contact until we threatened legal recourse. Weeks later he has supposedly turned paperwork into the corporate office. I started making callsTo corporate and they supposedly didn’t get all of what they needed. Tony at corporate advised he would take care of this and get back to me two weeks later I have heard nothing even after multiple attempts to get in touch with him. Our car has been out of service now for two months. This was a brand new car that we are making payments on that we can not drive in a house full of people who work. Please be careful where you take your car for oils changes! I’ll be reporting them to BBB as well as starting legal action in hopes that this won’t happen to anyone else!

I took my car into the oil changers of Vallejo and 8 Mike's later my engine seized. I contacted the bar and we did an investigation on how my engine got messed up and oil changers were at fault! I contacted the head here and he denied fixing my vehicle even after the bar proved them to be at fault because the top reigoin of my engine received no oil due to some type of an engine cleaner they used! The head guy Tony was very adamant about not fixing my vehicle and now I'm having a hard time trying to get in touch with him to serve him court papers. I'm suing this company because not only do I not have my car that I'm still paying on but it has also financially effected me due to not being able to get to work and pick up my children like I used to. They have literally messed up my life and dont even know it!!Service: Oil change

Came in for a n oil change, 3 hours later had a leak on a vehicle that has never had a leak before. Leadership claims big coincidence. This is typical of chain auto shops. I will spread the word across every social media platform to not take your vehicles there.Service: Oil change

My step Mom took her vehicle to them on 8/8/21to the Lemoore store running fine for a oil change. The Tech recommended a oil cleaner she said ok if it needs it. They perform this procedure and as soon as they tell her to start the vehicle the engine starts knocking and the check engine light comes on. She tells the tech and the tech scans the car and erased the code. The tech lets her leave with the car knocking and charges her. I waited two days after calling for the manager to call back never called. I call him on Tuesday afternoon he said he's been busy all they say is we do this to a lot of cars and its safe for diesels. Well Tuesday afternoon the motor blew up and they still tell me there product is safe most people get there vehicle serviced in hopes it leaves in a better condition than coming in. They aren't professional at all and run away from problems they causedService: Oil change

They changed my oil and overtightened the drain plug. I brought it to a mechanic in town the next time I changed my oil and they told me this. I had to replace oil pan and gasket at a cost of $455. I called Oil Changers in Alameda and talked to the manager. He asked me a bunch of questions, which took a lot of time, and then refused to do anything. Told me to call corporate. Same problem. The corporate office refused to do anything. My mechanic had a contact at corporate. I called that contact and he did not return my call.DO NOT get your oil changed here unless you want a very large repair bill.I wish I knew this before. They are not any cheaper than a mechanic and they ruin your car

The location on Willow Dr is the corporate office. The phone number is for some completely different city. Swung by the closest actual location & the stopped doing oil changes 20 minutes before closing, saying "come back tomorrow." I went to my regular place the next day.

I got an oil change here and driving home heard of wooshing noise and found they hadn’t put the skid plate back on correctly. I took it back and they cleaned it it didn’t have all the bolts on it but forgot to note it in their notes. To fix it they used a zip tie to put it back together.

What I've said already pretty much explains it like it is. No need to email. The only update I would add is the price charged was closer to 80.00 the the 70.00 I had previously stated. Another note is the windshield washer fluid was filled with plain water which weakens the cleaning fluid already in there. That cheap action caused me to dump what was in there and refill the tank with new fluid. You would think at the price I was charged you would put some type of cleaning agent other then water.
