“Once again I needed a couple gallons of paint and once again Francisco helped me out. he had it ready in minutes and even carried it out to my car again. Always great service at this location. Thanks again Francisco.”
“They have auto paint materials. Very old school shop. At the time of this review they were short staffed and closed for lunch. Probably best to call before hand if you're going around lunch time. Staff was nice though.”
“As the owner of Bob's Professional Painting, I can honestly say the team at the Professional Paint Center has become an extension of our own crew. The management and staff at both the Dublin and Walnut Creek locations consistently go above and beyond—handling special orders for our interior, exterior, cabinet refinishing, and deck staining projects without missing a beat. Lynda and Eli have been especially helpful to us. We rely on them a lot, and they come through for us continuously—no matter what we throw at them. They treat our whole crew with kindness and the same level of urgency every time, and they know everyone by name. It always feels great walking into the store. Their onsite color consultants are a huge asset too, helping our customers bring their vision to life and nail it every time, which makes the whole process smoother for everyone. Their product knowledge is excellent, and they make sure we get exactly what we need when we need it. This is our go-to store, and we send our customers to both the Dublin and Walnut Creek locations with total confidence. Reliable, professional, and genuinely helpful every single time. Highly recommend to any contractor or homeowner in the Tri-Valley and East Bay. Thank you! Bob Miller owner of Bob's Professional Painting Dublin, CA”
“They are amazing! I’ve been working with John and Juan for quite some time now. As a local real estate team, we need paint regularly, and they always make the process so easy. I’m able to call or text in an order and have it delivered the same day. The entire staff is incredibly helpful, reliable, and always goes above and beyond to make things easier for both our team and our clients.”
“The best Sherwin Williams store in this area hands down. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, they go out of their way to help you and make sure you are not waiting too long.”
“Amazing experience here. The whole team was extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile. He even drove to another store to get what I needed and called me when he got back to let me know everything was ready for pickup. Would highly recommend.”
“Everyone at Dublin Ace is so friendly and helpful! Every time we walk in, we are greeted with a smile and asked if we need help with anything. Today, Mary Lee was extremely helpful, assisting me with picking out the right stain for a project and mixing a custom color for me. She also gave my 5 year old daughter a coloring page, which made my daughter feel very special!”
“These guys are great when it comes to mixing Touch-Up Bottles or full cans if you need it. I've been going to these guys for years and have never had a problem with the product or their service. You might have to wait if you come in to order the color you want mixed because there are a ton of shops who go through these guys so they are mixing paint throughout the day. It's best if you know the Paint Code and ask if they can mix it.”
“I just went to our local Livermore, Benjamin Moore paint store, and they were able to exactly match my old paint within five minutes. I walked out with a perfect sample to test with my existing walls. The service was spectacular and so much better than the service I received from Sherwin-Williams with the same paint match challenge. Even with the existing container of paint, Sherwin-Williams would not give me an estimated date that I could pick up a sample of a paint match. The master at Benjamin Moore created a perfect match in five minutes it cost me $7 dollars (sample). I am sorry I did not capture the name of the employee that helped me, but he truly was customer focused and knows his paint!! My new favorite paint shop in Livermore.”
“I had some old paint to dispose of and Daniel was extremely helpful. They have a limit but he directed me to some other spots to take the rest. Very courteous staff and knowledgeable”
