I recently had to remove my existing glass sliding door and replace it was a still glass partition. The job was kind of urgent in nature since the shower was being used by my elderly parents. Pleasanton Glass Company was expeditious and fair. They came out and measured the door and within 4 days, came back and replaced the glass. Ray and his team are amazing people to work with. This is my second job with them. I highly recommend them!

Did approach them for a couple of jobs and each went either way
1. Called them for replacing a broken patio door and they did an excellent job in providing an estimate and replacing it on time
2. Recalled them to do a shower door measurement for an in-progress shower renovation. I was not sure what he meant by "is the shower ready for measurement" and I said "yes", the guys showed up and it went ok considering they told me that "a shower is ready for measurement when tiling is done" which I did not know of because I am not a contractor and don't do shower renovation at my place every month. So they took rough measurement and told me to callback when the tiling is done so they can take accurate measurement which I appreciate.
The reason for 2 stars is the scheduling guy (I believe Ray Smith - based on other reviews about HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and also as the other reviewer is also same race as me, I believe this Ray guy is a hardcore "RACIST") calls me back and is totally unprofessional and talks very rudely which means I did not call them back for anything, might pay a few bucks extra somewhere else but don't want to deal with unprofessional folks.

Hands-down, five star. Cheapest, best service, and good quality. I had them replace a fixed panel window. They quoted the lowest price, and they're trustworthy. I was unavailable at the time of install and give them my garage code. The install my window in my absence and I pay them remotely with a credit card. Super easy, I got home to a nice repaired window and had to make little to no intervention at all. Plus, I had a second bad window where I was able to take the sliding panel to their shop. On trip one I had the measure it and order a new pane, then on trip 2 I brought the panel back to their shop and they popped in the new pane. The pain was about 16"x36" it was out the door, including installation for under 200 bucks

Going to be 100% transparant in this review as I believe the business deserves it. Got multiple quotes via Yelp and other recommendations (Reddits) and while Pleasanton Glass didn't come in the lowest, they presented themselves the best with clear candid conversations that were professional and prompt. They communicated with me quickly. It didn't go without hiccups though. Some issues arose after we'd OKed the quote and the glass was ordered. For some odd reason the first scheduled install date there was no glass. They communicated day of that there was an issue and we rescheduled it for the next week. Second visit they arrived and installed 1 of 2 windows. Very professional, quick and clean job. However the second window again had an issue. Third visit went smoothly. They installed the second window and it's beautiful. Would recommend and do business with again, hiccups were smoothed over very well.

Pleasanton Glass replaced additional windows at our home. The technicians were very courteous, highly skilled, and efficient. The work areas were completely cleaned up. It was great to see that Pleasanton Glass consistently provides quality workmanship.

We had a very good experience with Pleasanton Glass. Their quoting was prompt. When scheduled they were quick and efficient and we are very happy with the work. That helps us with insulation and keeps the place warm.

We had our shower door sweeps replaced. He did a good job removing the old one, cleaning the glass, measuring and installing the new one. He left it clean and working better as he spotted a loose mounting screw and tightened it. Thankful. It looks great.

We recently had 7 double Payne windows that went bad because of seal failure and age. Pleasanton glas said they could replace them and they did just that, Everything went as they planned. There window crew were very good , on time, respectful, and polite. A few months later we had to replace the mirrors in the master bathroom. Ray who does the dispatching of the crew's sent the mirror and shower wall crew for this installation. Nate was in charge of the job and after the install there was some little flaws that we noticed after they left . Called nate on phone and he came back, We pointed them out to him and he said no problem and that they stand behind there work and they did. He brought new mirrors and installed them with no problems. They do stand behind their work and Nate and crew were also very polite ,respectful of property and also clean up. All in all Ray and crew's get the job done.

I had a broken bedroom window that I needed replaced, they sent Erik out the same day. He did a great job, even helped me out with a tool-bit to help me remove the plantation shutter frame, to get the window slider out. The invoice was extremely reasonable. Will definitely give them my business when I have more substantial glass/bathroom needs. Highly recommend Pleasanton Glass Co.
