I recently visited this location for fingerprinting, and the process was quick, smooth, and handled with professionalism. I was also impressed to see that they offer a wide range of mailing and shipping services, making it a convenient one-stop shop for many needs. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would recommend this place to anyone looking for fingerprinting, mailing, or shipping services.

Great service, great people! We have used their services for passport photos, notary services, shipping, packaging, and returns. Everyone has always been helpful. Even when they get busy, they make sure to handle your concerns with care and detail. Especially Janki who we have interacted with many times and is always helpful. The ladies at Postal Annex have provided my husband and me with over four years of reliable and kind-hearted service.
Initially, we opened an account with them in 2020 to facilitate our departure from California and subsequent semi-nomadic retirement lifestyle. We were very grateful for their flexibility and efficiency.
Two years later, my husband died unexpectedly. Since then, they have been exceedingly patient with me as I process grief and figure out how my life should go forward. They have been so lovingly considerate of my situation and so thoughtful in their communications with me that I will always think of them as one of the stabilizing forces in my life during this difficult time.

Needed to buy a single stamp and they had a 100% markup and charged me a dollar for a 50cent stamp. Was unfortunately in a rush so just paid it. Careful of their pricing.

They lose packages close early make you waste your gas non refundable time non refundable I pay to get service until said closing time as you are running a business on a specific time basis stick to it I've gone at least three times where they close early screwing me not good that's bad business

This mail service is fantastic! Kind and extremely helpful and go above and beyond with their customer service!I am so glad I used them to forward my mail after I moved out of Pleasanton! They are very communicative and helped me understand my best options for forwarding my mail!

I've used this store to get things notarized and do finger printing for a background check and get good service every time. Whenever possible I use them now to do the UPS returns for Amazon as well because they're such nice people.

This place is fast and the location is convenient. There's always parking and the people are friendly.I did have one very bad experience here with this Indian lady with curly hair. I didn't catch her name. Usually I'm in and out in 5 minutes or less. when I got there there were 3 people waiting in line. I waited for 10+ minutes while she helped one person. The people in front of me seemed very agitated from what I'm guessing was already a long wait.Finally the lady offers to take the package but informed me I won't get a receipt. I told her I understand and was ready to hand it over. Then she started talking to me like an actual child. It threw me off so much. I look younger but I am indeed a full grown adult who is not a 5 year old. She continued to explain how a postal annex works even after I told her I came there regularly. As I was leaving I needed to take a picture of the package at the post office and she politely explained to me how to take a picture too. Still I had a good experience with everyone else and every other time. Would recommend

We needed a notary on short notice over a weekend, and our neighborhood Postal Annex was there to provide the service that we needed. While their hours are reduced on a Saturday closing at 2:00 p.m., I was able to get a quick confirmation of their service and opening hours with a quick phone call, and when I arrived service was immediate and friendly. I even got to take advantage of their Yelp notary service coupon which made it a great deal with pleasant customer experience. I highly recommend this Postal Annex for notary service.
