Where to start. The original “promotional” rate wasn’t honored. It was $50 higher per month. Keep an eye on your contract, they can raise the rates with 30 days notice. Mine doubled. Called to figure out why. Going from $155 a month to $302 in 6 months was quite the jump. But the good news is I can get another unit, same dimensions, same property for $200 a month! So I get to move again! To the same facility to pay what I was paying a few months ago! What a deal! Plenty of storage facilities in the area, that offer long term rates without it exploding on you. This is the worst storage experience I’ve ever had. Move to a different unit (same size) on the same property to pay less? Ya, no thanks. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
