I went in here for routine preventive blood work. I presented my insurance card and was told that there would be no fees and no co-pay. I even asked if I would receive a bill later, because I stated that I didn't need the test if it wasn't going to be free, and I was informed that I would not get a bill as that's not how it works. And yet, a month later, sure enough, I received a bill for the service. Turns out Quest even charged my insurance company three times more than the test would have cost if I had just purchased it out of pocket without insurance. Now I'm being told to pay a bill for a test I would not have even gotten if I had known it would not be free as was stated.

There are 3 phlebotomists and I got the one who was the most unprofessional, inexperienced and rude; the worst communicator, difficult to understand, careless and not detail oriented.

As long as you schedule and appointment and show up on time I've had no issues with this location. I didn't even have to show an ID just check in online and be on your way. Or what hey have a self check in kiosk. As well as team members to assist.

I understand that appointments are recommended, but they should still allow standby patients and accommodate them in a reasonable amount of time, as not everyone can schedule an appointment ahead of time. When I came at 12 pm on a Monday, the lab was very busy, there was only one phlebotomist serving patients and she was behind. There was no one to talk to to check an estimated wait time, and I waited for almost 1.5 hours before I couldn't wait anymore and had to leave. It's not my fault that the test I needed could only be done at Quest - there are no locations near where I live and I could not estimate when I would be done with my doctor's appointment in the area, in order to schedule ahead. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.

The office was friendly, professional and on time. The company, however, has not released my test results after requesting them three times. I have called repeatedly to speak someone on the phone and the auto attendant /system never let me get through to talk with a live person. I have never had this issue when doing blood work with Lab Corp. Quest has no right to keep my test results secret from me.

The women who works at this location really suck at her job! I had an appointment at 3:40 I got there at time! They took me in at 3:45.. unfortunately the doctor order wasn't send to their system so I immediately contacted my doctor (which is not easy at all) and 10 min later at 3:55 my doctor was sending the fax! I immediately informed the question diagnosing desk that the fax would be delivered any time in the next few minutes they told me they not longer were going to take me because there were only 4 min before they closed at 4pm... I asked to PLEASE take me since I had an appointment I got there at time, and I work every day until 4pm I had to ask permission at my work ... and I had not idea the order wasn't in the system... (as it usually is sent by my doctor).... I also explained that I had miss another appointment because there were a lot of people in the waiting room and the waiting time was over an hour BUT they just didn't care about it! They literally kicked me out the office before they close at 3:55 saying they are not going to take me.. and I seriously been in so many other locations and something like this never happened to me! If the patient gets there before 4pm they usually take them, even if they have to stay a little longer until the job finish! I had an appointment I got there at time and the fax was sent and delivered right before they closed... so honestly I just think there's very miserable people out there making others people life harder and that just really suck! I hope the women who refuse to take me reads this I know she shouldn't be doing this job if she hates so much to help other people! I'm never ever coming back here bc I just can't stand horrible people like her. So I just hope to never have to see her fat mean face again! INCOMPETENT AND RUDE PEOPLE!

All of the poor reviews are spot on. Rude is what you should expect and incompetent. I would never use this place again and in fact walked out because people deserve to be treated with respect. Taking my lab orders elsewhere, and informing the doctor to never send orders here again!

The worst Lab ever!. The staff was quite rude. Visited this Lab for my spouses yearly physical. The person who attended us was quite rude and was not ready to give any information on the preventive care coverage and charged us co payment even after letting him know that this is part of yearly preventive care.

I was late for my previous 8a appointment, lady told me since I was late, they will consider me as walk-in, then wait for text message to go back about 10, I even told her, I’m disabled & I’m late since I’m dependent with my wife to drive me here, no disability consideration at all. on August 1,810a mobile check in didn’t work so I used the tablet to sign in ok, I was called to room 2, Chloe the technician did good on 1 poke blood work but be careful on their system coz I was charged for blood work which we were surprised it showed in their system coz previous bloodwork was no copay so 1 up 3 stars coz 1 poke blood work plus system co pay is not worth giving another star coz it will take to complain to get refunded, no 4 or 5 stars for this Quest lab.

I think it’s really important for this location to talk to some of their employees about being respectful and kind to patients. Particularly the woman at the counter named Debbie. The woman who drew my blood was nice, however the woman at the counter -Debbie- was immediately rude and unpleasant. She refused to show me the bathroom after asking if I had a question and proceeded to ignore me, later came back and again I had to ask if she planned on showing me the restroom. She had a very passive aggressive attitude and treated me like I was not there as a patient. She then kept aggressively telling me to check-in, despite the fact I already had, and when I let her know, continued to be rude. I have never been here before, and to be treated so rude by an employee was not okay. I always do my best to be kind and respectful of others, and the same should go for employees. This lab should deeply consider working on educating some of the employees on how to treat people because it is ridiculous to be so rude working in a lab. Debbie needs some education on on why it’s not okay to act so rotten.

Came in fasting, and starving, to get my labs done with lab form in hand. The Phlebotomist looked at the form and said -"This is not our form" I told her my doctor had sent it to me to give to them. She then said- "If you want I can manually put them in because they are not in the system" I said -"Yes pls cause I need them done" She looked at the paper one more time in complete confusion and said- "This is not our form, we can't do it. Extremely incompetent, couldn't even ask someone else for help. Don't waste your time

Quest has not sent one of my mom's test results back to my doctor. Calling them on their phone number forces me to listen to a long voice menu and they have no easy menu option to talk to them to convey this message. Demonstrating their muscles to their patients. I would rather go to a smaller lab who would listen to me. Too automated here. And above all, after a long search and then a long wait, when I got someone on the line and complained that they had not sent the results to the doctor for a month, they wanted the doctor's office to call them to get the results. When I asked for my own copy of the results, she put me on a line that had no menu option to get/order results. Also, I found the representative to be a general one, speaking somewhere from Africa (sarcastically) and not from my local office and she had indeed to redirect the line to another number/voice menu. Really too powerful and showing too many muscles. I would go to a different, smaller, local lab the next time.

The worst Quest diagnostics office ever!. The staff was so rude! And inconsiderate and uncaring to patients. I had an appointment 5/26/23 was late for 5 mins on my appointment and there's no big deal because there's nobody at the lobby waiting. The staff told me that I don't have an order on the system, so I called my doctor to fax the request to the office. The doctor office faxed 2 times and went through the staff said she didn't receive it. Now, I've been there for almost 1 hour my doctor office kindly email me the requisition to my email so I can get my TB test done. I told the staff if she can tell me the email adddress of the office so I can email it to her. She said no sorry we're closing but I said I've there for 1 hour and took the bus to get there please. And the other staff said no! I said wow! This is crazy this is how you treat your patients? I said nevermind and I left. I emailed the corporate about what happened and I told them I'm not gonna go back in this office nor recommend this office to anyone. I've been going to Quest diagnostic for awhile but now I don't know if I'm gonna go back to Quest diagnostic after this incident. I'm very disappointed overall specially the staffs on this stoneridge location.
