Bad Billing-Zero Customer Service-Attempted Extortion of 3 months Mailbox Fees-Was with them a number of years. Over the last 3 months they billed me over $400 for a mailbox! When I questioned why, said he was behind on billing....really. Went in to return my key as I was fed up with it...He refused to give me my keys deposit back! Said he hadn't billed me last 3 months. BS..I went back and checked my receipts. Let's just say we exchanged choice words ....NEVER EVER will walk into that place again!!!

Guy working the front does not provide ANY kind of customer service. Flat out rude and would definitely avoid this place for I9 verification. Hopefully he entered correctly since he only asked for 1 of 3 IDs needed for the I9.

If you're looking for some terrible service and flat-out being insulted, then this is where you'd want to bring your business. Stop by here for some notary service and both the notary and the clerk were extremely rude and condescending. All I asked was whether notary service is available today since it was not available yesterday when I came in and they immediately gave me some nasty responses. Stay far away from these guys. Worst of what Pleasanton has to offer

I have never been more compelled to write a review for any business until the terrible experience i had with the owner of this shop. If you are interested in ruining your day or your mood, come here. You will be greeted with someone that's always grumpy on the phone or in person. He carries an attitude and has no idea what good customer service means. If there is negative ratings, this place would deserve that

IF....I could give 0!!! Please beware with doing business with ipostal1 as the people who run the 5424 SUNOL BLVD STE 10, PLEASANTON CA 94566 location are violently rude and disrespectful and are completely unhelpful with locating mail that has been delivered. I am shocked by the way I was treated & spoken to when calling to enquirer about a package that was showing delivered to my box here. A Indian man belligerently screamed at me when I asked him if it were possible my package that said "delivered" the previous day could've been delivered on Saturday or Monday because the tracking said delivered on Sunday in which they were closed. When he initially answered the phone, as soon as I spoke the words, "I am looking for a package", he cut me off and extremely rudely said "this is not FedEx". Caught off guard, I responded, "I'm sorry, is this ipostal1"?, I "tried" to explained to him I was looking for a package that says it was delivered Sun 12/18/22. He got incredibly irate, and without him putting me on hold and taking the time to look for the package, he angrily stated they were closed on Sundays and I was forcing him to find my package. After him screaming at me all types of absurdities and without allowing me to get a word in, he hung up in my face. I am shocked & cannot believe the outburst, rage and evil that was coming from him. He is clearly dealing with mental disruptions and should not be working for the public. I've never experienced such an unwarranted vicious response. I've had this address for a few years now and this was only my second time ever having to call them directly about an item. I am immediately closing the box and hoping the company will prorate a refund. However, judging from who they have owning/managing these stores, I do not expect a positive response to that request.

I went in to drop off a FedEx package. My first time coming in here. Thought I'll save some time going to this place close to my home. What a terrible experience! The man behind the counter is rude and acts irritated to answer any questions you may have. He snapped at me just because I asked him when I should expect my package to be delivered. He obviously doesn't care for business and is not getting mine anymore. Seems like a pattern of terrible culture in this store. Wish I had read reviews here first.

Other bad reviews are 100% correct, the guy is VERY RUDE, he didn't listen and SCREWED my I9 verification. Last minute my company took care of it and ESCALATED the issue and filed COMPLAINT with Equifax, Actually Equifax might loose business because of him. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION FOR I9. YOU WILL REGRET IT.!!!! This business must be reported and closed because he is RACIST and VERY RUDE.

My wife needed to get photos taken for her immigration documentation. This guy totally took advantage of her. He ended up charging her way more than his standard rates, because she was nervous and confused about the process. When I went back to talk with him about this, he was indignant, defensive, rude and arrogant. I can't imagine why anybody would do business with somebody like that. Nobody was even in the store when I walked in. And it took a long time for them to attend to me, even though there was a bell at the door that notified them of my entry. Just a really bad experience in every way. My wife fell so sad that it was a bad experience for her.

I was dropping off a package in a rush and Reza was so incredibly helpful and got me in and out so quickly!! He was very polite and friendly during the whole process. I will definitely be going back here and would definitely recommend :)

The man at the counter is very rude , doesn't have basic courtesy while dealing with customers.stay away from this place . There are so many better options out there .

If I could give this place zero stars I would , is the second time that I come here, the first time the man receiving the package was entitle and rude, today I went back as an emergency I needed to send a package to the closest place to my house, this same man when I ask him for a receipt, he say that I should ask right away and that I talk to much that I need to close my mouth, I feel offended because I literally said three words to him May I have the receipt? This place is trash! and this man enjoy to offend and argue with clients, he's rude, entitled and disrespectful.
