I had an exceptional experience with the customer service and RH outlet/Pleasanton . Mahdiye and Stephanie went above and beyond to assist us throughout the entire process with kindness and professionalism. Despite a slight mismatch in the color of our dining table and chairs, they made an exception for our dining table return and ensured that we found the perfect match for our home! Their positive attitude and commitment not only impressed us but we were compelled to return their store for future purchases and have recommended it to all of our friends who like this brand! Thank you to both of them again and we look forward to working with them again to design our home with their furniture.

We drove from SJ today 12/3/23 and there were zero cloud couches in stock there. I should have called before driving, staff was friendly. The selection was not very good for what we were looking for. I would suggest calling before driving if you are looking for a cloud

Super friendly staff, a truly hidden gem. The inventory changes very often. It's enjoyable to look at what this RH OUTLET has to offer. I enjoy seeing the furniture and the outdoor sets in person, be able to touch and feel the fabric. I am not that into customization, so this treasure hunting for odd pieces is perfect for me. Really elevates the home at a discount.

I'm was greeted and helped right away by a nice salesperson, she helped with product info. The selection was good, the table I wanted was there to see in person, but not in the size I need. I'll be back!

I was there about 2 min ago! The outlet leader Sabin Filip was so rude and racist with us ! He waste our time about 40 min! Hiding in the back room! There was some pieces I was interested to buy and his coworker told me with that huge problem for sure it's gonna be %70 off but he showed up after 40 min and said no negotiable! This is what it is! I'm so sorry that I and other customers suppose to deal with this rude leader!!!

If I had known that “As Is” would get me a broken couch like this, I would never paid for it. We only found out that it had a HUUUUGE cut after we got it home and tried to sit on it a couple times(it is still wrapped since we have no idea how to fix it!!!) The crack was not visible at all (they hide the broken side, I have a picture of it in the showroom) when we bought it and NO WHERE did the label nor the staff that worked there mentioned that this couch was damaged AT ALL!!!

Highly encorage everyone not to go in this specific RH outlet store! The owner is a very dishonest person. He is in his mid 50s indian or arabian looking. I asked him couple questions regarding this one furniture. He then just simply take a glance of look and just give me a price that thinking I dont know how much it cost originally from the RH website. I have to confront him and show him the regular price on the website for him to realize it. Then later he said oh sorry i havent change the price on that. This guy just simply take the cheapest used pieces from RH. N just mark up the price whatever he wants. Hope nobody goes to his shop n gets played

This is definitely a 5 star RH outlet location. They get shipments on Wednesdays and Fridays, so depending if they have time and space, you'll see new items on these days. The store leader, Sabin, is really good with managing the location and customers. A few things I have learned from shopping here: 1) They tend to be less busy in the first hour of opening or the last hour of closing, but like any place, this just depends on the day 2) They can put items on hold for you for up to 2 hours. If you are driving up there, make sure you call first to have them hold the items you are looking for 3) Some of the time, items are cheaper than what is shown on the tag. They get so many markdowns, that they don't always have time to get them all documented. Just ask. 4) Not every item is marked 50% off from retail, and it can take 90 -180 days for some items to get put on clearance. I would say that the majority of the time, things are at least 50% off, but just know that not all are. If an item is on clearance, it can get marked down weekly or monthly, it just depends on how much space they need to make for incoming inventory 5) There are some items that tend to always be a good deal. Lighting tends to be more than 50% off most of the time, but that is usually due to them having only 1 or 2 of an item that you need 3 or 4 of. Lighting is guaranteed to work, so if you buy a sconce or other wired item, be sure to test it a few days after you buy it, and if it does not work, the store should take it back. Bed sheets and rugs are also usually discounted more than 50%. 6) They have measuring tape at the store, just ask 7) Not all items are damaged, but yes they are marks, cracks, and stains here and there. If the item is real wood, you can often fix it with a sander or a marker. If it is made with performance fabric, the stain should come out. Bring a magic eraser if you want to test how easily the stain can come out 8) You have to provide your own transportation for the items you buy. The store does a great job wrapping items in plastic wrap, and the dock is on the right side of the store. They have some delivery businesses they can refer you to. They will usually give you 2-3 days to pick up your items. The dock is on the right side of the store. 9) Don't judge the store after just one visit. I remember not liking anything the first time I was there years ago, and now I try to go every week. 10) The people who work here do get busy at times, so yes, you'll have to expect longer hold times if you are on the phone. The best way is to be there in person. Everyone we have worked with there has been so kind and helpful. Happy shopping!

Good finds if you stay persistent and check for any damages or marks. It's going to take a few trips but we were able to find art, mirrors, tv stand, outdoor dining and seating.
