I had a devastatingly terrible experience in your Santa Rita Road Pleasanton, CA store on Wednesday afternoon. Involving, my service dogs and I and several staff members who worked there. I was shamed so much that I was made to leave the store.

The store has a large variety of food. The prices are good with the Safeway membership. The service is great it is easy to get help in the store. The ambience at night is great.

Super helpful regular produce guy! Another employee helped me get a couple things I couldn't reach from the dairy case.I have shopped at your store since I was 12, and that's saying a lot because I'm almost 70 now‼️ Kudos to Safeway and it's wonderful, helpful employees!

Graveyard, had to wait and search 4 chkrbut serviced those, had bell on conveyor belt, alot of stocking in all depts going, floor cleaner, and it's The only, close to 24 hour full grocer 365/7

Came here with a friend and we experienced horrible service at the deli. The man making sandwiches (I believe his name is Arturo) had an attitude of an angsty teenager the whole time- EG: rolled his eyes every time someone new walked up. I worked in the service industry for YEARS and would have never treated customers so rudely. In addition to him, there was another lady (older, Caucasian, short) who kept inserting rude opinions as the people in front of us ordered, muttering under her breath. We spoke to the other customers too and they were equally confused about the workers’ behavior. I understand having a bad day, but this went beyond that. I’ve always had a normal experience with other employees at this location, but I hadn’t encountered these two before- seems the standards for employees have gone down at this location.
