I have received nothing but horrible service over the last 2 weeks. No follow up. I have made numerous phone calls to get an atm issue resolved. No one can tell me why I had an issue. No one has been able to offer any resolution. They don't know why the transaction was rejected and they can't tell me how to resolve it or how they can resolve it. Horrible, horrible, horrible, service.

They're are always super helpful with our needs and go above and beyond to make sure our bank needs are met. They also offer some of the best vehicle loans in the market.

I'd like to take a moment to acknowledge several employees that I have had personal interactions with that I think deserve recognition. I have been a member of the Police Credit Union for several years now and Nelly Iran, Janice Reudy, Gabriela Guerrero have all with prompt information and documentation have saved me much time and money. I'd also like to give a special shout-out to Leila Perreras and Darlene Hong. The unbending support they provide my organization and me personally has not gone unnoticed or unappreciated. I look forward to continuing our working relationship. They make you feel like more than just a member. Kudos. I'd also like to say the new online app is great. It is much easier to navigate and conduct business. Thank you PCU.

Been my bank for the past 27 years! I have a credit card and a auto loan with them. Excellent service ALL THE TIME! Plus whenever there is questionable activity in my card, I immediate get a call! Love this bank!

I've had some complications with my account and employee Sangeeta Prasad has been nothing but kind and helpful. When I arrive at the branch she even says hello to me by my first name, that's how often I have stopped by and she has provided her services.

After paying off a huge $$ line of credit. Requested to close account & they charged an additional $10 to process. Greedy company! Will not be a return customer.
