Pathetic customer service after sales, they don't believe helping even a brand new customer(with 4lines) on second visit on very next business day. The manager(Stefanie) was extremely rude and not willing to help at all because they failed to keep their promises while selling the lines. Don't go to this store and if you have to, pls review your contract before accepting and take everything in written with sales associate.

Recommend you go to a different store. Just went in to check the price of a new phone. There were 4 staff members chit chatting doing nothing. The guy who served me was more interested in a girl leaving the store than serving me. Didn’t give me options for phones and asked me to come back during the weekend. Looks like their manager was not on duty and they didn’t feel like working.

During my recent visit to the T-Mobile store, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Luis, a sales associate who radiated friendliness and professionalism. From the beginning, it was evident that customer satisfaction was a top priority at this store.I approached Luis with my issue, a defective screen protector, and he immediately listened attentively to my concerns. What struck me the most was that he took the time to understand the problem thoroughly, ensuring that he could offer the best solution. It's rare to find a sales associate who genuinely cares about a customer's needs, but Luis proved to be the exception.After identifying the issue, Luis efficiently helped me navigate the process of replacing the screen protector. He demonstrated a deep knowledge of the products and made several recommendations to ensure I would be fully satisfied with the new protector. I appreciated his expertise and the fact that he was patient in answering all my questions.Furthermore, the store's overall presentation was impressive. It was clean, well-organized, and had a wide range of accessories and devices on display. The staff seemed to work cohesively, creating a pleasant and efficient shopping environment.In the end, I left the T-Mobile store not only with a new screen protector but also with a sense of satisfaction and gratitude for the exemplary service provided by Luis and the entire team. Esmeralda was warm, welcoming, knowledgable and just plain awesome. I was having a bad day, and needed to unlock my phone to switch to a new carrier. Esmeralda greeted me and helped me solve all of my issues in a timely manner. My experience at other phone establishments is that if you are not in the building to buy a phone/device, or open a new account, they are not as willing to help and kinda shun you away to the door to figure it out yourself. I highly appreciated the kindness and awesome vibe of Esmeralda. My advice to T-Mobile is to give this beautiful person a well deserved raise, and never let her go!

I had a great experience at the T-Mobile store recently, thanks to the exceptional service provided by their sales associate, Luis. He was not only incredibly nice but also went out of his way to help me replace my defective screen protector. Luis's professionalism and willingness to assist made my visit enjoyable and hassle-free. I highly recommend this T-Mobile store and commend Luis for his outstanding customer service.

Despite the fact that the website says they’re open until 8PM. I came inside at 7:27PM and this guy name tag said Hecter tells me we’re closed right. And didn’t even ask why I was there which is extremely unprofessional and at that moment I said I’m not switching to T-Mobile.

Purchased a car charger from this location. It stopped fast charging after 2 days. I was out of town for a couple weeks. Tried to get a refund 20 days later and was refused. Seems like the manager has a very low business i.q. to loose my business over $20.00. I count 57 1 star reviews. WOW

I purchased a car charger that stopped working after 2 days. I was out of down and could be in the area for a couple weeks. 20 days after my purchase I was refused a refund or credit. How low of a business I.Q. does the store manager have to loose business over $20.00. The 57 1 star reviews should have kept me away.

We come to T-Mobile for better phone packages after more than 10 years with Verizon. Hector provided excellent service by explaining T-Mobile different packages and help us identify the best package for the family. We decided to switch to T-Mobile. The data transfer and activation process were smooth and efficient. We had some follow up questions, Hector always response quickly. We are very happy and impressed by Hector's professional knowledge and excellent customer service. Highly recommended!!!

I have come here several times to pay my disabled son's phone bill. 3 out of 4 times I had to walk out my after being ignored for 20 minutes or more. Today there was 1 associate chatt8ng with his customer. In the meantime I watched 3 other employees walk out " for their lunch hour". I asked each one if they could help me. Nope. By the time I finally walked out there were 6 more new customers waiting to be ignored.

Got a 3 line account which was totally messed up. The t-mobile agent set up 4 by mistake and made quite a few other goof ups. Had to spend the next couple of days trying to fix the problem with customer service. This doesn't feel like a regular store of a corporate chain - more like a sleazy used car salesman vibe here. I've been to other T-mobile stores that have much better service and people.

If you close due to short staff, then update your hours. I drove 8 miles to visit the store.I am editing my review because you didn’t resolve the issue but acted diplomatically. If you really want to help the customers so they don’t end up driving and seeing the short staff notice and 5 pm closing time, then update your hours online.

Thank you once again Herb for helping me with my 23 year old son today. Transferring successfully ALL of his data to his new phone, his new cover but most importantly correctly putting on his screen protector!I'm an old Sprintt customer that has enjoyed this location transformation AND transparency when it comes to service AND ongoing support!All is good in Magenta land!Cheers,Bill
