Don't waste your money here. I assumed for $37 my carwash would have been far superior than the $25 carwash at the Dublin's Corwood carwash! There were only 2 other cars there at the time so it wasn't as if they were just really busy. You are definitely paying a lot for the little market/waiting area.

Beyond shocking that they ask $36.99 for a basic (very slow) car wash that should be $20 at most. Skip them unless you like to burn cash a for no reason. Plenty of other local options that are much more reasonable with their pricing. As for the car wash itself, be prepared to wait, painfully slow service with one employee working on each vehicle at a time. Total time wasted start to finish = 1hr and 10 minutes ... I will never go back!

When you pay nearly fifty dollars for a "hand wash" you expect to have your car washed by hand, using clean cloth. Instead, what you get at Pleasanton Hand Car Wash is someone taking a large nylon brush to your car leaving very noticeable swirl marks. They ruined a $400 detail job done the previous week to remove similar swirl marks. To add insult to injury the supposed owner, Bruce, proceeded to call me cheap and told me to "f*ck off"! I will never take another car to this business and advise anyone who cares about their car to do the same, this business and it's owner do not care about his customers cars or our loyalty. Former 12 year customer here. Estimate from detailer to repair damage done by Pleasanton Hand Car Wash: $150.

They do a great job especially if you u get one of the better wades done. It gets busy but they do not cut corners. As close to a detailing job as the nexxt step would be a detail. They work hard and it shows. Will go now where else and there are closer places for me. Kudos to the crew.

Never come to this place. After waiting for almost 2 hours, I am still waiting for my car! When I complained to the manager, he just told me that I don't need to come back again! So rude!

First, it took almost 45 minutes for the car to get thru the wash. And they were not busy. Second, I informed the person checking my car in that there were spots on the car that were either sap or bird p*** and would need extra attention. She said they would take care of it As soon as I saw the car it was obvious they did nothing to take care of the spots. I addressed it with the manager and got a bs excuse about solvent and special treatment. When I got home it came off with some elbow grease and car polish in 10 mins. I will no longer patronize this business. They're expensive and do a poor job.

I have passed by this car wash many time on the freeway. So today was the day I decided to not just pass by it but to actually get a good car wash. We picked the ultime car wash seeing they only had two options the basic and the ultimate. We thought well we might as well go all out now that r we are here. Plus they are not busy at all. We didn't wait that long when our car was called out the at it was ready. I was a bit surprised by the rapidness. We hoped in the car and drive off. When I started to notice the dashboard still had finger prints so did the door handles. Under the seats I was still able to see a crumbled napkin. The detailing of the plastic exterior was not fully taken care of. Plus we choose the pine scent as the cherry on top of the ultimate package and nope, no pine scent. I called and asked to speak with the manager I told him I was not happy with the service rendered. He said I can go back and get a car wash again. I will be going back this week (I live in the East bay so it's not like it's a couple of mins away from me). We shall see then, but as for now I don't recommend this place and I will only be going back to get my money's worth of car wash. The ultimate car was is 41.99. I could have easily gone to a car Waac at a gas station for a fraction of what I paid and vacuumed myself.

I am seriously disappointed. I have a new 2020 Volvo, XC60 that was filthy from a trip up to Tahoe & the rain... I had been coming to Pleasanton Hand Car Wash, off and on for several years & I don't know if it was the person who wiped down my new car or...?! But to start, my windows were streaky [I went home, on a beautiful day & kept seeing the streaks in my windshield], the back of my car, which was the dirtiest, was STILL dirty!! To add insult to injury, I have shiny black trim around my window & because they don't use terry cloth when drying off the car, I now have slight scratches on the black trim. Needless to say, I will NEVER go back!! I had always thought their service was fine, nothing over the top but never had it been this bad. Take the time to either search for a mobile car wash or find some place else. This place is not worth it.

I am giving five stars for the excellent customer service I received from the owner after an unfortunate incident. After leaving the car wash I noticed my speed control handle was broken off. I had an appointment at the dealership the next day, so I mistakenly assumed they could snap it back in. Unfortunately the dealer said the part needed to be replaced and it was going to cost me $900. Despite not seeing the damage first hand the owner took my word and reimbursed me for the cost.

I recently took my car to this place and I was charged $49 for less than mediocre wash that took almost an hour and they were not busy. When I got home I saw that the inside was dirty and there was solid dirt on the bumper. I know I should have inspected the car but at that price it should be prestige. I won't be going back.

I've been here twice in ten years and had the same experience both times: horribly overpriced car wash that results in a less detailed job than you'd find anywhere else. A $41 "Ultimate Wash" doesn't even get you interior dressing on the dash -- just a wipe down.... and went I got back in my car, the interior had a cursory cleaning as there was still dust in areas on the dash. The rims were left half-cleaned -- the kid doing the work just rubbed his fingers over a few areas with a towel to get some of the junk red, but left plenty behind. These people have been doing this for years, as evidenced by their terrible rating, and I'll never come back again. Wish I hadn't given them a second chance. Both Dublin car washes do a fantastic job. Strongly recommend going to one of those instead.

I wish I would have read the reviews first on this place. It's terrible! They rush and the car is not vacuumed completely. The car still has dirt spots on the outside. They do not wipe down the dash board or panels. I seriously paid $40 for a job my kid could have done. My kid probably would do a better job.AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! it's a rip off and your car will leave dirty.
