Rob at Techzone was amazing! My car sat at the dealer for 3 days before being diagnosed. Upon inspection the dealer said they would need 4 more hours at a cost of nearly 1500.00 to diagnose the issue. Frustrated at the delays and high cost I made a few calls. I won the lottery with the call to Techzone. Rob answered, and was not only able to take my car same day, he went and picked my car up from the dealer. 4 hours later and my car was fixed! They were so great I had them do some additional items that were on the maintenance horizon. These guys are fast, honest and have the best customer service! Thank you Rob and the team at Techzone! You are the best!

Rob was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He had performed an alignment on car which had aftermarket adjustable camber arms installed on it. Other alignment shops refused to work on any modified car. Rob didn't hesitate to accommodate my needs and even had a small conversation explaining to me the potential challenges of the different designs and adjustability of these parts and how that could affect the labor of the service. The service went smooth and took a shorter amount of time than i thought. I got the car back in a few hours. The car was adjusted to my desired specifications after Rob and I had an initial conversation about the factory specifications. Rob took the time to explain the before and after settings of the alignment. The car drives perfectly straight. I would highly recommend coming to Tech Zone.

We had a great experience with TechZone Auto. I was referred to them by another shop when my car was having issues starting and our camera went out. They were great with communication and explaining what they were going to do and what my options would be. They wanted to make sure the car was safe to drive and we were happy. Would highly recommend their shop to anyone in need.

I had a great experience with Rob and TechZone Auto. I was referred to them by California Collision in Pleasanton when my blind spot monitoring went out. Rob was great with communication and explaining what they were going to do and what my options would be.

I have been relying on Tech Zone with Matt and his team for almost 7 years and they consistently provide top notch quality and service. Most recently I had a new high end Lexus at their shop for a engine harness replacement. This is a very technical procedure and they executed it without issue. From basic diagnostics to technical ADAS equipped vehicles along with today's fully electric vehicles, I trust this company implicitly over all others.

My Hyundai Elantra required an airbag replacement. I did not know what to expect or what airbag replacement involved. Rob thoroughly explained everything airbag related -- and with photos showing the before damage and post work of the completed job! I appreciate TechZone Auto's exemplary work and especially Rob's customer service. I highly recommend TechZone Auto.

Rob over at Techzone was the best. I had a car that I bought that was missing the safety system and he was able to identify it. Rob itemized all the parts and labor. He really put himself in my position and kept me in the loop during the whole install. Rob is a true professional and his customer service was five stars. Rob and techzone have left me a safe vehical for me and my family and if I were to sell my care the next person will know as well. I want to thank techzone and especially Rob. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

When I say I wish I could give TechZone 10 stars, I'm being 100% dead serious. This place is absolutely incredible in every single way. From the time Rob spent on the phone with me the first time I called, to scheduling me in 3 days, to their facility, the fact that they diagnosed and fixed my issue within 4 hours, to the incredibly fair price I paid. I truly can't say enough good things about TechZone and in particular, Rob Lashin.I had a baffling front camera issue that the Ford Dealership (in St. Helena) didn't resolve. They told me I needed a new lane departure camera and new rearview camera, which I knew was BS. They wanted to charge me almost $1,200. Rob quickly diagnosed it as a faulty front camera module. And for half of what the dealership wanted to charge me, they diagnosed the problem, sourced the part, picked it up, and installed it in LESS THAN 4 HOURS! They didn't even mark up the camera module, and they got a price $150 less than what the Ford dealership quoted me. I was back in my truck by noon today. What's more, he could have easily talked me into a relatively expensive camera calibration, but he said that it really wasn't necessary and if he were me, he wouldn't do it. Now THAT'S an honest, stand-up guy. Truly a rarity in today's automotive repair world. I'm so glad I found TechZone. Best auto repair experience I've ever had in all of my 49 years on earth. If you have any simple or complex electrical, camera, connectivity, display, or suspension/alignment issue, you really need to go see Rob at TechZone. Some of the best money I ever spent and the best experience I've ever had dealing with a car issue. And did I mention his shop is so clean you could literally eat food off the floor? The person who answered my phone call is amazing! I was hoping you can help me out with my Camaro and it's dire need of having the engine recalibrated or reprogrammed. He gave me heaps of information and helped a lot. Very kind and very sweet. Had a lot of patience to hear me ramble on about some thing I didn't know anything about ! This place is also a referral from another autobody shop, so that says a lot!

I was referred to Rob Lashin at TechZone by California collision, for an Air Bag warning light issue. I called Rob and he got me in the next day, which helped me a ton. He did the work and had my truck fixed that day! One of the best shops I have dealt with that specializes in those types of issues. The price quoted was spot on. He does outstanding work and is very professional. And nice people. Thank you Rob, I really appreciate your time and service. If you have an issue with the airbag systems on your vehicle he's the man.

I highly recommend Rob @ TechZone! I had an issue with my factory installed alarm and Rob did a complete diagnostic review of my problem and gave me a prompt analysis of the problem. He is professional, knowledgeable and very fair! I would rate Rob/TechZone 5 stars!

My car was stolen and there was damage to the interior. There were also missing parts. TechZone provided great service. The main problem was a three month delay in getting the necessary parts from the manufacturer. Techzone took care of the car until the parts were available and then promptly repaired it. Further, they sent the car to a detail shop and had the car thoroughly cleaned. The result was perfect. My car was as good as the day I bought it. TechZone staff were always polite and proactive in letting me know the status of repairs and parts delivery. I highly recommend their service.
