I got there this morning at 8:25 because they open at 8:30. I waited until 917 and still no employee arrived. Totally unacceptable. I understand things happen, but it happens a lot at this store. You will go in the notary is running late and have to go back two more time to get the notary. Today was bizarre. I don’t know how somebody could be 47 minutes late for work and they don’t have a backup that shows up for them. I understand traffic accidents, personal emergencies, but have two people opening so that at least one arrives on time.

Disrespectful staff member. I have experienced bad customer support at this place quite often. Apart from other postal needs, when I have been to this place for my Amazon order returns, the staff is very disrespectful. Recently they have a new automated system for Amazon returns and I had some questions about it. I asked their female staff member and she said you don't even know how to pack. I will show you. She laughed at me and showed me how it has to be done. I am fine to accept and correct if I did not pack the return box correctly. The female said you are wasting our return bags. But laughing and disrespectful tone would not encourage me to go back to this place again.

Fantastic Service – Fast, Reliable & Friendly!
I had a great experience at the UPS Store on Santa Rita. They were incredibly fast, reliable, and very friendly—both over the phone and in person. I especially appreciated Kierra one of the assistants who went above and beyond to help me. Truly outstanding customer service!

This is my favorite location to go to whenever I need to print (or ship) anything. From regular-sized paper to huge banners/posters, they have the best paper and print quality out of all the other places I've ever printed at. I really like that they have a bunch of different types of paper you can choose from too. The staff is incredibly hardworking, enthusiastic, friendly, and helpful as well. I always feel welcomed and at home whenever I go there. Shout-out to Sean for wholeheartedly helping me print my huge family tree. Everything turned out beautifully and everyone in my family loved it. Thank you.

UPS representatives at the Santa Rita Road are very impolite and rude using abusive language at customers especially that old guy Sean is terrible and should be fired immediately.

The man working at this store was extremely rude and made me feel like i was incompetent for not knowing about a kiosk they had there for amazon returns. He said i need to use the kiosk next time i had an amazon return. He was not friendly at all. Also, had an issue with this same store with the same man, where my grandma brought in something to be shipped overnight and they never shipped the package.

Great guy very helpful. This is the UPS Store I like to go to. I had to buy a box and package something to ship it. The gentleman working there was very helpful. I've been here a bunch of times. It's always an easy process.

Very friendly personnel but extremely outdated and poor technology. Was not able to use tap to pay for pc usage which was necessary to print my documents. There was no other way to print my documents
