the owner or manager whatever he is, he is not in service mind. Every encounter with him makes me unpleasant. Seriously if you need a serious help, go to other UPS nearby. this place is just for dropping off.

staff is very very nice, he found I was going to mail a very important file 头USCIS,and he ask me why the address is Chicago not California, and then help me check the filing address very carefully on my phone from website to make sure deliver to the correct address, very good experience.always trust UPS!

Unbelievable. This UPS location used to be a very friendly, efficient customer service oriented,. However; this morning at 8:31am The store's door was open; I walked in no one was in the store; lady steps out of the back room while music playing loud in the back. Without any greetings She asked me to step out of the store until she "fully" opens the store. Say What? The front door is open sign says open at 8:30am.It's passed 8:30am and I'm inside your store and you're asking me to step out until you' are fully open?This store never ran this way before I miss AJ and his crew. There is a UPS store less than 3 minutes away from this one do you think I'm going to return here? Whoever hired this lady please remind her this is a store and required customer service no one wants to see an unfriendly angry face disgruntled face, first thing in the morning nor throughout the day!!!!!

Be prepared to be insulted by the lady working in there. Perhaps because I usually return Amazon order at Whole Foods, I didn't know I have to seal the return box for "Amazon UPS" drop off" option. She asked me to read the Amazon policy poster. I did so quickly. I turned to her and explained I usually return at Whole Foods, and before I even finished my sentence, she scolded me, "No, you didn't read it (the policy). Please read it!" Before I left the store, she said at one point, "well, you learned a few things about UPS today." Overall I didn't feel respected as a customer, even though she did help me with two tasks I was there for. I will not go back to this location if she is there next time. You can educate customers but the way you do it makes a huge difference in the quality of your service. - May 23, 2023.

The store clerk refused to sign a UPS High Value Report when we tried to drop off a package, since he said this store is a franchise and he is not a UPS employee. He instead directed us to the UPS customer center in San Ramon if we wanted to drop off the package and get it formally accepted. This was a very weird experience. We were also charged $2 for a transparent plastic bag that they affixed to the package to hold the label. We had already purchased the (very expensive!) shipping service online before arriving here.

Calling out the excellent customer service I received while at this UPS location. I came in to get a LiveScan completed and unfortunately only have part of the things completed due to a communication issue. Kierra and Maria stepped up to guide me through, helping me get the correct form, and then rapidly worked to get the LiveScan completed. They could have sent me away and left me go figure out where the gap was on my own, which would have caused a massive delay. Instead, they both went above and beyond, which ensured that this was completed quickly, resulting in the clearance I needed. Highly recommend this location because of the excellence of the staff.

went there again to return an Amazon package (small box) and ship another package. I forgot to re-tape the Amazon package for return. When I asked if he could re-tape the box, the guy said he charges $2 for taping.

I had a huge list of things I had to get done here and they were so helpful with everything. I was worried to hold up the line but they were so quick and responsive that I was in and out in 10 min and 5 things check off my to-do list. They were so friendly while helping me and I really wish them the best

Sean and his wife are professional and courteous. We’ve been clients for over 11 years. Great service and very funny jokes! The staff are caring and careful with our mail and packages. The store is clean and bright with ample parking and long open hours 7 days per week.
