Nickel and dime ya to death. $5 to put a piece of tape on a box. Then they tell ya lies about what box’s you can use to ship with so you box an extra one of theirs for $15 more bucks. Make sure your box is ready to go if you’re dropping off.

I think the prices for printing is a bit overpriced. $3 for 3 pages. However, the staff are kind, the store is clean, and they offer basically everything any other The UPS Store locations offer. Overall, it’s a good The UPS Store location.

Worst customer experience ever. Literally go to any other UPS store just trying to up charge for no reason and takes phone calls in the middle of helping you

Weird rules about package conditions for return. Also not able to ship with ducktape is weird. Just took it to a better rated location.

Very poor customer service, seems like they don't want to work and overcharge customers by pointing out some mistake in package condition. Sometimes trying to upsell their package products that are expensive. Two times now, once saying that tape was coming off and if they taped it on one small side they would charge for that. Yesterday was told that box should be different while I was trying to explain it came in the same box and hence was returning the same. Its a hassle with these guys who seem to not work with customers and work against them and derive real pleasure by returning customers

Terrible customer service, the employees seem to make up rules as they go. You would think they would be happy to assist a customer but they treat you like trash.

Ridiculous they charge you 5 dollars just to put a piece of tape on a box. The original merchandise box from Amazon at that. Other UPS STORES PUT TAPE ON FOR YOU WITHOUT A CHARGE. Never coming back here.

Would never recommend them if you need a beyond regular print job, just because you don’t have a printer at home. They will instantly charge you $7 for some nonsensical created fee and for pages after that. Find another place. Never go here for something you need just because you don’t have a home printer:
