This would be my favorite UPS store to go to. Never had any issues with shipping or Amazon returns. Most of the time, the staff is very polite and understanding. It can get crowded at times though.

The WORST UPS store ever. Watch out guys, don’t come to this store and pick another one. You could be verbally threatened in here.I had a very bad experience today. The staff, Esdras, who was supposed to serve people in line in sequence, started to serve random people in the middle of the line for quite a while. Then I asked him if he should start serving from the first person in line and it was not fair for the people in front. It was just a simple complaint and what surprised me next was, this guy started to threat me saying he was not going to provide service to me and asked me to go somewhere else if I was not happy with him. Wow, that’s really a bullying behavior to customers. Shame for him and the store not educated their staff how to treat customer complaints appropriately. Yes, lesson learned. Never come here again! Thanks.

Didn’t catch his name but the store employee working was very helpful and nice.Very smooth experience in processing my Amazon return! Would return to this UPS location for future returns and shipping needs.

Hands down the best UPS store I’ve attended! The staff there were very helpful and Esdras made everything a smooth transition!!

Came to this store and the experience was overall good. The people that work there were great but one stood above the rest. His name is Esdras’s, he gave me options and was very informative, a cool character. Been to other ups stores and in my opinion I don’t think ups stores are worth leaving reviews but this one was different.

Great customer service! I had to do a shipment to France for Christmas. Luis and Esdras helped me to go through the pricing and process, it took only 15min. Really friendly and helpful staff.

The staff was prompt, polite, and professional. There was no wait time since I was the only customer. The staff explained the prices and completed the transaction in a timely manner, thanked me for my time, and off I went.

The store employee was super rude and his hands were shaking as he was nervous. I had to drop off a package and had it taped with transparent tape and they said they won’t take it. I had to talk to his manager as well he is as well rude. I am never going to this ups store again and I don’t recommend this store to anyone.I have just handed my package with same tape to another UPS store. The guy working at other store was super nice.

I just went here to return my ATT equipment. I inly had it for a couple of months, so I packed it all up the way I received it from ATT. upon coming into the store and telling the male I had the att return, he replied with, "we don't take the boxes." We'll that's not my problem, UPS, a box store, can dispose of them the way they do all other boxes they received and dispose of. At this point, I'm not pleasant, and I'm not taking the boxes with me. He already scanned my account bar code, so I went to leave only to be told he wasn't done processing. I said you scanned the account upc, and you can finish without me. So he closes the box and kicks me out because I won't take the boxes that they can dispose of themselves. What's wrong with your employees' attitude??? If they dont like their jobs, dont work for a customer service position. This male is rude, has no customer service skills, is too busy on his phone to help his coworker or me, irritated he had to work instead of being on his phone!!!! The bottom line is that I have a problem with a company that makes the process difficult on their behalf. This is not the first time when having to return something that they have a problem with it, last time was an Amazon return, I put it in the box it was mailed to me in and attached the provided return lable only to be told they won't take it and I have to buy one of their boxes and rebox it for the return. I am aware how they scam charge their customers, so no way in hell will I do anything with this company anymore. I ended up going to the nearest FEDEX site and was able to pleasantly return my ATT equipment IN THE BOXES THEY CAME IN!!!!! I told her the experience I just had with this pos manager at UPS, too. I told her AFTER THE RETURN WAS COMPLETE. THEY LITERALLY DIDN'T EVEN QUESTION THE BOXES, SHE JUST PROCESSED AND GAVE ME MY RECEIPT!!!!! Call/email was sent to corporate as well.

My grandmother and I had to go in for a notary. Long story short the company sent us the wrong forms. Everyone working there were so nice and helpful. They allowed me to call the company and printed the new documents I needed. Very grateful for all there help and patience! I wanted to be sure they got the acknowledgement they deserved.

The notary there was rude and obnoxious. Didn't seem like he cared about the job. Had an attitude and was unfriendly and not pleasant at all. I think I could also smell some weed on him. Not against it, but probably not the best idea to be doing it at work or have the smell on you that I can smell it from across the counter. Bad service.

Friendly staff and excellent customer service! Took in a package that was supposed to be sent by USPS and needed to print a label. Their computer wasn't working so they offered to print the label for me. They even ensured that my package made it onto the delivery truck in time.
