RIP Off … Hungry for money. Had a box arrive 12 noon Friday & get a call that it will $20 to accept the box shipped by ups. Was surprised no other franchise store does that otherwise I wouldn’t ship it to them . Went next day morning to grab at 9 am & now they charged me $40 for storing the box for 16 hrs . This is totally illegal . Have sent it to ups complaint & will escalate to local connection.
Spoke to someone in neighborhood . Highway robbery . Go to another ups stores in pleasanton.

I forget to seal the plastic package bag when I tried to return it. The cashier want to charge me $1.5 to seal it, an envelope size long opening. Being a long time UPS customer, this is first time I experience this, I just walked away and went to another UPS store...

Inconsistent pricing. Sent out half of our wedding invites at $1.15 each, came back to send the other half and now they want $3.86. Same ups employee and nothing changed in the invites. They told me to go to USPS if I wanted to get the pricing they already gave me for the first batch. Only using this location for Amazon returns going forward.

Collette provided rude, condescending, and inefficient service. A simple Amazon return should not be too difficult for someone. Hopefully Collette was just having a bad day, if not, she could benefit from customer service coaching.

I go to this store all the time! I like the people there.
If you don't like the prices for the merchandise there, well, go ahead and wrap with your own packages. This is not to valuate the values for the shipping itself or for the merchandise in the store. I am valuating the people there. They are always nice to me and all the other customers I saw in the store. This is not the store that deserves 1 or 2 stars. Be nice to people and be treated nicely in return please.

I just want to thank the staff for being so nice, and professional. I didn’t have my copy or receipt for my live scan. They looked up my information and sent me both so I could give it to my instructor for my gun class. I really appreciate it, I live far away.

Best staff and management I've come across in ANY UPS store. They know their business very well and I've used them for notary, shipping, supplies and making copies.

The staff who helped me was fine, I don't take any issue with their service and I know they don't decide prices, hence 2 stars rather than 1.The thing that horrified me was the price for the two things I needed. They're charging $5 for one b/w printoff!! And one poly bag cost $5 (I did expect to buy packaging, but this thing is basically a thick plastic bag). I was completely mind blown. UPS has gotten too big for their breeches, that is absolutely insane. So it cost me $10 to return an item that actually has return shipping covered, because I don't have printer and didn't receive it in reusable packaging. If I had been expected to pay that for any item $50 or less it wouldn't even be with the expense/time/drive.

Avoid this location! Go anywhere else! This location will charge you for anything/everything. For 4 packages I shipped with them, they charged a extra $1.00 per package "Public Services Fee" for using their scale to weigh the 4 boxes. Unbelievable!
