Overall USbank isn’t bad but seems they have cut back on staff. They are under staffed and simple things like making an account requires an appointment. Literally any other bank doesn’t require an appointment for something so simple. I guess they don’t want money. Wrong way to run a bank.

Never ever going to use US bank agin in my life!!!!! This bank is a big liar. Not trustable. Bank staff told me if I close my account, wait 12 months and open an new account, I will get a new bonus. I did what they said, and now the bank is not giving me any bonus. They said it is not 12 months, It's 24 months.

I reached out to Mark as the branch manager for help with an issue with my home loan closing. Mark was unresponsive to emails and calls. My closing was delayed on the admitted part of the lender. Mark and his team did not take steps to make things right. Instead I was forced to pay additional fees for an extended rate lock as his team needed more time to finalize the loan.

Good experience. Friendly staff. The lady of Indian origin helped us with all our questions and ensured a smooth process of opening a locker for us.

Horrible place to bank. I attempted to send a cashier's check to another US Bank customer and after two weeks was contacted by the fraud department telling me that my cashier's check was suspicious and that my account would be closed. That was June. My funds still have not been returned and they've given me multiple stories all of which conflict with each other. This is not a good place for personal banking.

Upon the recommendation of an associate, my business partner and I opened a business account at US Bank 3 weeks ago after our old business bank account was shut down at another institution. 3 weeks into this experience and literally nothing works on the website or the mobile app. Money can go into the account, but no Bill Pay, ACH, wire, or inter-account transfers can be made. No support or resolution even after 21 days. Everyone I've dealt with at US Bank so far just points their fingers at someone else, even after we demonstrate the problem on our phones and laptops in the branch. Shockingly bad. For business accounts, strongly recommend going somewhere else...

Went to this branch at about 12:40 today (Saturday) waited in line for 10 minutes with our 6 month old, and when we got to the counter were told they couldn’t do my name because there wasn’t enough time and told us to make an appointment. I had all my paperwork ready to go and they wouldn’t help us because they wanted to get out of work on time and said it would take 25 minutes.The last time we were there they told us what documents to bring for a name change but never that it would take a long time or arhat we needed an appointment. We won’t be going back to this branch.

This place f****** sucks. Only one employee tried to help. He did what he could. The old white lady couldn't even acknowledge we were in line. Only one senile cashier. Waited in line 39 minute. Do not go here

Would give them a zero if possible. Wanted to do more business with them, was greeted with "You'll need an appointment to open an account." And then, "We're too busy on Sat to do that, how about some other time". Wouldn't even accommodate my weekday afternoon request. Too bad, my experience with other branches have been outstanding. Avoid!

Horrible experience monetary wise and with customer service. One week they cash a check for me, the next week they’re unable to do so. Personally, I knew the employee was simply incompetent and disrespectful. Maybe if the rude employee found joy in life they’d do their job right.

There is one teller working. OMG! Standing here waiting forever.... Good I only have to come here a few times a year! Mainly because their mobIle deposit does not work. Have tried to call customer service but they can't solve it Why bother with offering the service? Is there a US Bank employee reading this? An answer would be much appreciated. Wells Fargo's mobile deposit works so much better.
